Bought a brand new top (amongst other items) but it smells like B.O., which I unfortunately did not notice until after I got home. Absolutely disgusting. Now, I have to go all the way back for a return and I don't even live in the region.
Also, to the general public who think it's ok to contaminate clothes like that smelling that badly, shame on you. Purchase the clothing first and then do whatever you'd like with it.

Went to this Uniqlo a couple weeks ago and bought some dress pants which didn’t have a tag when I bought them. I tried to return them today (couple weeks later) and I had the receipt, which stated if bought within 30 days I can return them. I was never told there needed to be a tag to return the products by any of the employees working, however they told me I just had to bring it in within 30 days. I would have been more hesitant to purchase if I had known this. Their policy of needing a tag to return is incredibly stupid, as I had the receipt in hand and it was obviously from their store. I work at a popeyes supplement store and we are even willing to do returns on products which are opened and already used in case the customer does not like the product and we don’t require a receipt as long as the product is under their account. They are surely capable of doing a return but they chose not to. Do not buy from Uniqlo unless you are 1000% sure that you want to keep it, and make sure to buy clothes with a tag.
Difficult to trace with only a small board outside the Square One mall. If this organization is running a business, they should ensure customers find it easy enough to locate their outlet.

UNIQLO Square One offers a fantastic shopping experience with its vast selection of high-quality clothing at affordable prices. The store layout is well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A must-visit for anyone looking for stylish and comfortable attire.
The worst possible customer service ever. There was a huge line for the fitting rooms as it was busy. I had 20+ items in my cart and they said only 6 items at a time in the change room and they will pass me more items as I get through the first 6 which is fine. I needed my wife to see the items I was trying so she came with me to the end of the fitting room, like literally the last stall and they kicked her out bcuz it was a fire hazard.. Keep in mind the hallway was 4+ feet wide. So we asked for her to go in the stall with me.. They said no and I had to go in front of 20 ppl line up waiting to get in the change room to show her the items one by one.. Just insanity.. When I spoke to the manager they said it's their "policy" and nothing he can do. I said I am not comfortable giving a fashion show in front of 20+ ppl and they said well too bad and nothing else they can do.. Keep in mine my cart was over 500$ worth.. When I asked how I Lodge a formal complaint. They said they don't have any email or phone number to provide me and to go on their website.. Just disgusting behaviour and I didn't ask for anything special but just my wife to wait outside the stall or be inside so I don't spend 30+ mins coming in and out in front of 20+ people..
Their staff needs some serious training on customer service and communication skills. It’s appalling how strict they are with their return policy. I wanted to return or exchange an unworn $20 tshirt whose tag unfortunately fell out and their associate Alex literally took 45 minutes to go over camera footage to see if the tag was there during purchase. I wasn’t so upset about them not returning a $20 shirt but she wasted so much of my time just to say no even though I presented the right receipt. I had no idea she was checking the cameras for such a small transaction - she had zero communication with me and just made me wait around…

I went to old navy this month to buy jean . There was a two workers , i was finding my size and they came to me and said you are messing things even i keept everything on right place after took my size jeans . Seems they did not want to work and want no one touch the items in store they dont have to work .one was black and one was white seems raciest and how rude they were . Take a better approach and post your closing time 6:45pm so you can go home at 7pm.

I recently visited the Old Navy store on December 26th and had an extremely disappointing experience. While interacting with an associate named Dolly and another unnamed individual, I was treated with disrespect. When I asked for the associate's name, I was informed that they wouldn't provide it.
During my visit, I was instructed to grab a shoe from the bottom shelf, with an attitude that made me feel as if I were a subordinate or a servant. The associate's tone and behavior were inappropriate, and I felt like I was being yelled at as if I were somehow inferior.

Pretty cool place, I could find what I needed ( a little expensive though) and the staff were so thoughtful, definitely you would always find something cool and interesting to buy!!
Uniqlo’s store in Square-one is quite spacious and well stocked. Specially, during winters their heat-tech based inner wears are life-savers for many, also money savers to be true. Just visit pre winters & grab good thermals for a fair price
Enter store at 8pm (closes at 9) spent 20 minutes looking around grabbing stuff to try on (I cannot purchase without trying on as per why I choose to enter the store as apposed to shopping online and was told fitting rooms were closed. Not cool people. How is it that you're opened till 9 but don't have the fitting rooms available at 820pm? Won't be back to visit this location. Very disappointed and lost my sale 🤷🏼♀️

Being inside of an outlet mall, it was fairly busy. Looked mostly stocked with all clothing. Didn't end up finding anything to buy for myself but my sister bought a flannel shirt.
Although this store is from Asia, I don't really like the baggy/loose style clothing that they have. I prefer clothing that is more tight-fitting. I've bought some stuff here and there over the years, such as gloves and scarves. But overall the style isn't for me, and the quality is just average. They used to have $5 coupons on the app, but don't see them anymore.

Good deals on most of the stock. You get jeans for $39 which I feel is a really good deal. However you want to head to the back of the store for absolute steal of a deal! $9+ on select items and sizes

Old Navy outlet is a big store here. The display is a bit congested here because of lack of space. But there are enough and big try rooms and that's the best thing here. There are Men Women and Kids section. The prices here are very reasonable and there are some good deals too. But the products here are of routine use, not high fashion. .

Came here for dress shirts and was blown away at the quality and their stock level of all sizes. Love their self check out system as you don't need to scan each individual item. Just put you basket down on their tray and it will automatically populate all of your items on screen.
So stylish, size inclusive and made from good quality fabric that lasts for years. Affordable and sustainable!!
Je me suis présentée en magasin à St Bruno le 04 mai en soirée, pour un retour, le vêtement avait une tache de maquillage ( je ne maquille jamais) il était endommagé avant l’achat, je n’avais pas remarqué. Je suis tombé malheureusement, sur une personne qui se disait être la gérante, elle a refusé de me donner son nom. Elle m’a dit qu’elle pouvait reprendre le vêtement mais je devais faire l’achat d’un autre chandail et que je pourrais par la suite me le faire rembourser. J’ai trouvé la transaction compliqué, j’ai donc fait l’achat d’un chandail, j’ai demandé de me le faire rembourser , elle a refusé me disant que je devais revenir le lendemain ou la semaine suivante, se serait une politique du magasin??? À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté que l’autre chandail acheté avant l’échange avait aussi une tâche!!! Mon expérience client dans votre magasin est excessivement pénible,

This is my kind of store, something for everyone. Friendly pricing, modern simple style, comfortable, and most importantly, good quality! I felt some of the staff were a bit too young and a bit under-trained, a few didn't know if you could machine wash or machine dry the items, but friendly and nice for sure! Easy checkout, highly recommended!

Started out great the handicap doors don't work for strollers and wheelchairs. Missing a lot of sizes. Only one employee on the floor who just cant wait to leave. Tells you to look around when you ask for a certain article. When you ask for a shirt on a mannequin, she tells you to ask someone other than her and practically tells you off. Then when you tell the cashier about your experience, all he cares about is telling you to become a member. Doesn't care at all about a word you just said but makes excuses for his coworker's attitude. Customers don't deserve to be treated like this when all they ask for is kind service.

I always love to get here can be said most wanted to go place foe me. Their clothing quality really good and reasonable price and with the app that they have helps you a lots to find certain specific items like the sizes and the color just scan on the barcode the boom it’s appear. And not even mention the sales associate very friendly ans good knowledge.

The employees are amazing and super friendly. Everything is mostly organized. Music is a bit loud and repetitive. Would come again.
This store is located inside square one mall Mississauga. The staff was helpful when returning one of the dress which wasn’t fitting. The return process was smooth and we need to have a original receipt.

Great location with good services. They have good available of stocks and sizes. The store is decently spaced which I appreciate during Covid time. The alteration service was very fast and efficient as I got my pants altered in just an hour. Staff was helpful and attentive.

Love UNIQLO's design aesthetics that's easy to style with a great selection of pieces to choose from. Like design as a puzzle with all the relevant pieces available to you to assemble into a great ensemble each time.
It is good outlet for all the people. They have all type of clothes. It also have good discounts so you can get branded things in cheap prices
Well organized store, very open and inviting! There's well labeled signs for deals and lots of diverse styles for pretty decent quality. They have a nicely organized cashier line and service is pretty good at this location. The staff are all generally pretty nice and knowledgeable of items. Unfortunately, some items on the website do vary per store as it may only be online only. The upstairs are for mens, kids and babies but have a nice escalator system in the middle of this store unit.

I worked as a manager in retail for 15 years and have never seen such an unorganized way of price listing on items. This store in Laval lists their sales like in the picture attached then tells you the shirts are actually full price because the sale doesn’t apply to the row directly above it the signage. The white shirts happen to apply to a price tag 5 shelves higher. We took the items to the cash earlier today with the photo and the manager kept shrugging saying well now you know for next time… When items are individually tagged directly next to a sale price just like any other major retailor you honor the price, you do it to keep your customers at the same time. You don’t talk down to customers and tell them it’s just the way it is at this specific store. Customers in line before us had the exact same issue. Not only will I not shop at this Uniqlo I would recommend Old Navy and H&M to anyone else for the exact same garments and much better prices than this store, with managers who know the laws in how to run a store and get their sales properly.

One of the crew staff said everything with the 30% off had the 50% really. So I grab my pants and my surprise when I was going to pay I didnt had the 50 just the 30%....very disappointed for this experience.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went in this store a couple weeks ago. They had some sale signage that caught my attention walking by and I'd already been to multiple higher end stores unsuccessfully trying to find some basic/classic warm sweaters. All 4 styles I tried I loved, were on for a great price ($65 total after tax for all 4), I bought all 4 AND the sales staff were really friendly and helpful. I guess I expected less customer service or quality products because of the price point of the store and all around I was wrong! I would definitely go back for core basic wardrobe essentials.
Wow! How have I never shop here before? My wife bought me a few shirts a couple days ago, that I did not like. I came back today with the receipt to see if there was something I would like. Boy did I find some good stuff! I ended up picking up two pairs of pants for work, that were stretchy and durable. Not to mention, so many other great deals all over the place. I will definitely be back to pick up more clothes for myself and the kids!

Joe Fresh is a great combination of sleepwear, lounge wear, actives, casuals, and relaxed semi formal for women, men and children. It's much better than the Gap for their range of fit and sizes and for quality which is superior with a much more range of versatility.
A big shout out to their staff who is not only helpful but kind, friendly and endearing. I have only ever had positive experiences.

They have a variety of fashion for every style you may like, as well as a decent size selection. The staff are very helpful in a personable way that really does leave a small town store feel with a lasting impression. I was also given some very helpful advice, which really paid off!! I highly recommend this store for the trendy or thrifty because their clothes are gorgeous and the prices are very affordable.
Points for having a decent variety in sizes/options but otherwise the store may as well have been staffless. No hello, offers of help -- even providing me with a shopping bag would've been nice seeing as I didn't know they had any and I picked up more than I could comfortably carry. May as well have saved myself the trip and shopped online. Won't bother coming back here again.
Not a lot of choice in the men's department but prices are ok. Not much service on the floor, so you have to find yourself what you want. I wouldn't spend more than 30 minutes in there as it's not the kind of store conducive to browsing.
I love that I can find cotton clothing here. I also love that I can use my PC Points here too. There sales are great too. I picked up 2 coats, a jacket, a sweater and a shirt all for $107! And $100 was in points, so I only actually paid $7 for everything.

Than I found a funko pop with an open box and very damaged package they gave me a 20% discount on the article. That was very kind. Will go back anytime.

Pros also include a fairly wide selection of clothing and accessories, from decent quality sunglasses to swimwear and beyond. Also from experience I have found the layout to be easy to navigate. Another thing Joe Fresh excels at is comfort throughout their product line. All in all my visits have always worked out without any issues. Great deals, especially during the weekends when they have special promotions on certain types of clothes. They also combine the promotions with the SPC card. Other stores usually don't apply the rebate if the items are already on sale.
