tried to call to make sure they have something in stock before I go and they aren’t picking up because the automatic voice on the phone sais they’re closed while they clearly open at 9 and it’s 10 now. I hope I will be able to call because I don’t want to take a bus to go there if they don’t have what I want

It's footlocker, like any other footlocker. This is probably the better one, in terms of product selection, on the south shore. Service is ok, much better than JD sports across the mall.

I’m 45 years old, and I miss the good old day, those days when the employee help, or stand by you while you try the shoes, now he just hand you the box and goes back to chat whit the other employees. If you need something you have to find him, remember how it was and ask for a size bigger or smaller.

Had no service.
They weren't over crowded. There was about 3 or 4 families in there and when I walked in with my kids, I was looking around literally grabbing shoes off the display and having my daughter try it because not a single person would come up to us and ask us if we needed help.

The employees are helpful and kind. I go there regularly for sneaker drops and I am always greeted well. The store manager is always open to speaking to clients, welcomes any constructive feedback and seems quite present on the floor. The cashier staff are always so kind and the sales staff quick and efficient. Great location for sneakers on the South Shore.

There always seems to be more employees than customers... Most recently we were greeted upon entering but between the 6 associates, only 3 were helping customers, while the others spoke amongst themselves. With such a limited visible selection, we needed help, but it appeared as though the available employees didn't seem to think so. Opted to go elsewhere instead.
