Pauline was an amazing teacher and went above and beyond to ensure our success. She really took her time to make sure we understood the material and was also very accommodating if we had to miss class for whatever reason. She was very on top of our externships and has a lot of connections to help you get your foot in the door! She really wants her students to do well and pass and made the course very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this school if you are looking to become a Medical Assistant!

I had such a great experience taking Pauline’s Phlebotomy and Medical Assistant classes. She’s an incredible teacher. In her Medical assistant class she helps get you ready for the real world as an MA skill wise and people wise. She has the best stories and I was always laughing and having fun. I will miss it!

Miss Pauline was God sent to teach me everything I needed for a first experience as Medical Assistant. She is very personal with you and the attention is felt in everything she does with you.

I took my classes here because I needed certification even though I had years of phlebotomy experience. I honestly didn’t think I would enjoy it but Pauline made it very enjoyable and I learned some things and I definitely recommend her program if you’re looking to get started in phlebotomy or just need to get certified. I passed my NHA exam with flying colors thanks to her expert teaching and I couldn’t be happier!

Classes for Phlebotomy are well structured and set you up for sucess. Information provided is both informative and useful in new jobs. The provide 1 on 1 instruction if needed and are aleays available to help the student. Class length was perfect and hands on training most helpful.

Mrs. Furlong has been a great teacher to me and my classmates. I think her class are affordable and welcoming . Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to the classroom.
