They used to be good. Or at least the many times I used to go. Now the desserts are overly sweet / too bland. Super unpalatable.

Their white sugar cake wasn't quite right ( it sour enough) but their black sesame mochi was top notch. Loads of filling, chewy dough.

A good place to get some treats for the walk home.

Very old school dessert place, selling traditional chinese tongsui, kuih, but recently they expended their menu including full meal as well.

Been eating this since kid, the shop now is fully aircond. But the cleanliness definitely room to improve... unclean tables... flies..

They have alot varieties of tongsui to choose, and some are very authentic. Overall food quality and price i feel is ok...

Food is horrible......disappointing..
1) We had abascus and it is 100% flour.
2) The sticky rice is tasteless.
3) The fried egg pankace looks okay when ordered but it came to us burnt.
4) The pohpiah tasted funny. I seriously just dont get the taste. The sweet sauce tasted funny too.
5) The bubur caca is tasteless.
6) Not too economical and regretted visiting.
7) Forgot to take photos earlier so took only leftovers. We try to finish still as we dislike food wastage.
8) DISAPPOINTING

A dessert place much loved by locals, also several meal options. Friends bought a range of desserts to share. Glutinous fried rice was great, chui kway was unusual, kinda jumbo size. Would be keen to go back and try their meals.

Nice staff & wide selection of sweet and savory snacks, mostly Chinese style. Prices are ok & you have a mildly air conditioned place to sit. However, the staff needs to clear the table more quickly. When I was there, they were quite a few tables with dirty dishes, sitting on there for a while before being cleared. My ginger soup with mochi balls was OK. The mochi ball with soft and nice but the ginger soup was way too sweet. I could barely have a few spoons. This makes me worry to try other sweet soups they have such as a red bean soup, etc. they should throw away very old bowls or bowls that are cracked such as the one I had. This is probably a good spot if you want to save money or nothing else is open, but probably not a date night spot.
