Very very rude 2india lady.
Better trin this 2 buffalo lady in your Clinic. i don't even give 1 star.👎👎

This is how they behave with people.. two days ago i came for checkup and i had appointment. After waited 3 hours she said can't do check up. Today i come again and she doesn't want to check. Very rude behaviour.

Young Doctor ,but in very good experience ,very patient to give advice to me ,recommend specialist doctor and help me save money ..give 5 star rating and thumb up..

Walked in and asked for a urine test and 1 of the rude receptionists said that they don't have it and turned me away which is funny being it a "Poly"clinic...I went to another one within the same street (there are a lot) and had a much better and welcoming experience :)

Small clinic, consultation experience was fine.
Was concerned about the poor reviews initially but glad that they (reviews) seems to be outdated by now. City center fee rate

This clinic totally do not deserved even a star rating...with unprofessional doctor and terrible rude two old lady staff/clinic assistance.
On 23 November 2019 morning,for the first time we met young doctor who ask us a many ridiculous question - one of it is “when you sick or headache it is disturb your daily live routine”...what do doctor expect ahh..😡

The two lady staff even shown black face and rude by answering me “YOU didn’t see that I’m pushing the medical stock here and there”when we just asked when the medication will be ready...this kind of treatment we got when we are just the one patient in that clinic...no one else at 8.30am.

Patient who want to seek consultation, do not ever go this clinic.ample of clinic outside there.

Me and my mother are the one of the unlucky one.
