We have just completed a purchase (MacBook Air) in this store in MURPARK from a very pleasant and competent employee (I unfrotunately do not know his name) he was young, speaking both languages perfectly (Deutsch, English), and made good technical recommendations - his professionalism is 5/5! I ordered the new Apple 15 more than a month ago and I’m still waiting, but I understand that you have no influence on the waiting time (which is why I put two stars and not one).
I am voting mainly for customer support, I have written few requests on your official website, none of my requests have been answered, I have only received mail of ‘confirmation of the request’. Finally with a series of unanswered calls I got here.

Unfriendly, uninformed and not helpful staff. Please consider staff training in regards to customer service and communication.
Everyone in here was lovely and helpful. I was unsure what Macbook to buy for my boyfriend's birthday and the blonde girl (forgot her name) was extremely helpful and went through everything with me. Her english was also perfect!!
Prices are high, store is well supplyed. They need to work on they customer service. Recomend if you are in emergency.
