The customers care team are disgrace as they was at the back entrance smoking e cig spitting all over around 11pm last night .. when to complain the staff at the office said what you want me to do about it ... dosent anyone have respect for other

Staff at the ticket office are amazing. My daughter was in a situation no parent should ever be in . The staff hear took my daughter in and looked after her for an hour while waiting for her train to get home , who again this lady walked her to the train and made sure she was on for me to meet her. I can't thank the staff enough x
5 people boarded my train, no masks no lanyards. No protection for other passengers!

Bradford interchange is very clean and security do a really good job bus a for the cleaner they do not care will quite happily walk in front of you they are not observing social distancing but over all the bus station is ok
Kind staff, busy environment and easy information to help your travel. I love the view on the train station from the rails weather it’s light or dark the trains coming through the rails on the train it’s nice just looking outside with your headphones on
