Plenty of spaces and easy to pay, I wish all car parks were like this

Excellent, secure, clean and tidy car park right in the middle of Bradford. Used this car park for the first time when attending a concert at St Georges Hall and it was only a couple of minutes away. The car park is cashless which seems to confuse a small number of people which can cause queues at busy times. Will certainly use again when we visit Bradford. And as an added bonus the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Do not use this car park if you are going to an event nearby eg St George's Hall. It took us over an hour to get out of the car park when we left an event at the Hall, because so many cars were trying to exit at the same time. It's unbelievable that the people who built this car park didn't foresee this and plan for it.

Good location. Reasonable prices at the weekend. There are plenty of parking spaces which are quite wide. Your registration plate is noted on entry, and you pay by car on exit. It's a simple and logical system.

If you want safe, affordable parking with easy access to the Broadway, we use it both at weekends to go shopping and evenings when going to the theatre

A good quality range of shops, centre seems clean also.

However, I don't like the cashless parking system.
I prefer paying before I get to the barrier.

As well as having the choice to pay either in cash or by card.

I dropped my card once and it got stuck between the concrete slabs. I don't like the stress and anxiety of having cars behind me and having issues at the barrier.

Not very user friendly for people who use cash.

Plenty of spaces with easy entrance and exit. ANPR on barriers records your registration on entry, then when you're ready to leave simply drive up to the exit barrier and pay at the barrier using contactless payment. No need for a ticket or to look for payment machines etc. There was plenty of parent & child spots when we visited, being painted purple so easy to identify as seen in the photo. Pricing is quite fair for a city centre car park.
