You would literally find everything you are looking for there! Savior.
It´s no more 1€ store, the price has increased slightly from the usual 1€. But then again, it is expected in these times. Variety available is nice and plenty. Staffs are nice and friendly, even if your German is slightly broken - they are still nice and friendly.

It's good, some stuff are cheaper here.
You can find whatever you need for only 1 Euro
Pretty standard Euro store. Decent selection that regularly includes LED light bulbs, various tools and phone cables. Obviously your milage may vary with the quality but there's plenty of stuff there to get the job done as cheaply as possible.
