Would never shop here again, brought some tea cups for my elderly mum in which they weren't suited for her with her arthritic hands, cost $40 took them back the next day to be told they don't do refunds, that I had to buy something else wat a rip off

It's disappointing that you get accused of stealing when all you did is put your drink in your bag !! Then when I go out of my way for the staff member to check my bags after making a point that I heard her tell the other lady I may of stole something so check the cameras,she doesn't even apologise for being so judgemental after finding that I infact stole nothing and it was just my drink I placed in an open woollies bag !!!

Check the return/warranty policy before buying anything in store. 14 day change-of-mind returns for items purchased in store, with NO REFUNDS, only gift card/exchange. Even if the item is unopened and ready to go straight back on the shelves. Ridiculous.

Rude staff. The lady told my kid off for touching a water bottle he wanted to buy. Don't like it, don't work in retail where people naturally touch items they want to buy 🤷

I visited house today with my husband just to buy something.. the stuff is good no doubt but the staff is really good.. i met a lovely lady there who served me but i forgot to ask her name.. but amazing customer service , very warm and full of manners.. she is a mid age lady.. some customer accidently drop something on floor and the lady was concerned about customer safety rather than materialistic items.. great job.. well dome. Its very hard to see customer service like this now a days.. keep it up guys

they have a very small range and seem only to sell 90% Baccarat everything. should be renamed as Baccarat store. Refunds and exchanges can be tricky its seems as though it depends on who you speak to in the store and how much sleep they had that night, as they despise refunds and they break consumer law by saying we are doing refunds today as we are on sale or some rubbish they come up with as they are always on sale. i have bought a few things there and needed to return everything as they are faulty for one reason or another its as if they sell factory seconds. They allowed an exchange but not a refund even though it was a day old purchase. Just be careful when buying and check everything carefully. They can rude and very stern especially the older lady, she seems to think she wrote the bible.

Tightly packed store jam packed with household goods, mostly kitchenware. Really good range of household gadgets. Staff were great and were able to point us immediately to the items we were after, Churro nozzles and splatter shields. Nice bright store with clear price labels although it was hard to figure out what was on special and what the various discounts were.
