Dr Mourad is a very understanding and caring doctor. My whole family have being going there for a very long time. Mourad is a very knowledgeable and experienced doctor . I find some reviews are not founded as they were during covid which all of us were under pressure so give this clinic a fair go.

The worst clinic! Murat Alexander tried to remove some metal from my eye. Strait from there I went to the eye and ear hospital and the staff there could not believe the damage he had done to my eye. I let it go as we all make mistakes. I went back for major back issues, he sent me to get a cortisone injection. That didn't work. I saw a surgeon and he said the G.P. had organised the cortisone injection in my back in the wrong spot. No wonder it never worked. I called and spoke to the rude receptionist Violot and she told me to find another clinic. Think I need to pursue legal advise. I have photos, voice recordings and document proof of all of the above.
Try it yourself. Extremely rude receptionist that doesn't know how to speak to people and needs a taste of her own treatment. Go see Murat Alexander with a headache, he will organise to have your arm amputated.

Horrible receptionist. I called as a fellow healthcare provider and was told “I don’t care” “it’s not my problem” “we don’t check our email” when asking for a way to send them details about a mutual patient. I asked to speak to the practice manager and was told they were the manager, that is just appalling if she really is the manager! She was exceptionally rude and her English was very broken and hard to understand. If this is how they treat fellow healthcare staff, I would not want to find out how terrible the staff are to their patients, and looking through the other reviews it appears it is a common occurrence here. If this receptionist was my staff member I would be horrified to hear that they were representing my practice and had spoken to anyone the way she spoke to me. I would give zero stars if it was possible!

Worst customer experience i have ever experienced. I called as a receptionist from a psychology clinic requiring a follow up for a mutual client in order for the client to be bulk-billed and receive counselling. The receptionist was extremely rude, refusing to send the file as she does not "care" about my work. This clinic clearly has no respect for their own clients if they cannot work with third parties. Truly horrible. No stars if possible.

Horrible experience, He was extremely rude and completely dismissed me and my legitimate concern; I went to see him for the first time due to an urgent matter; as soon as I started to explain my symptoms he said that I have COVID-19 despite me not having any of the COVID symptoms, and showing him my negative RAT tests as well. then he would keep denying my request to explain further and kept saying "what do you want me to do?" in a very ridiculing tone. worst experience I have had with any medical professional in my 35 years of living.

Dr Alexander was extremely unprofessional and didn’t provide the duty of care I would expect from a medical practitioner. He very briefly asked my symptoms, didn’t ask severity or state of my discomfort (which I would think is important in diagnosis). After a very brief chat he prescribed some generic OTC medication and asked to come back after PCR. I honestly think he was more afraid of covid (although I had negative RAT test). I would advise against Dr Alexander, his lack of care and inability to listen to or understand his patients problem is worrying and is surely not worth risking your health over.
