If you're looking for truly fresh oyster shots in Melbourne, look no further than Seafood and Oyster Spot. After a few disappointing experiences at South Melbourne Market, my family and I discovered this gem, and we've been coming back ever since. Their oysters are always freshly shucked, and they serve the last shucked ones first so that you're always getting the freshest oysters possible. We've visited several times during my family members' trips to Melbourne and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys oyster shots.

I’ve bought fish from here a number of times but my most recent experience means I’ll never return. I bought flake and quite a bit to freeze. When cooking it there was an horrendous ammonia smell. It was starting to go off. Such a waste of my money. Won’t buy from there again, clearly the fish is not fresh.

Just narrowly averted feeding everyone off shellfish from this place. Spent an hour making fresh pasta, added the clams from Seafood & Oyster Spot and recoiled at the stench of putrid shellfish bought just a few hours ago. These places wouldn't survive in Europe, but as long as City Of Melbourne treats them as tourist attractions rather than food suppliers... 🤷‍♂️

Remarkable Landscape with unique artefact emblem in building walls. Very nice! The landscape of Queen Victoria Market is very remarkable and authentic, a landmark of the heart and soul of Melbourne City. As stated by Kevin Lynch, this landmark will be remind those human for Melbourne City as livable city.

Got me wife to buy us some unopened live oysters thinking I would open them myself. Came back and they were all dead and dried up I suspect they were frozen so the shells are all bit opened and the as they losing seawater the oysters were all dry. Paid full price for 2 unopened doz. Very Disappointed. Bad practice & dishonest.
