Went there after reading how hobby shops are usually the best places to learn about a hobby if you’re new. Wanted to get into 40k but really have no idea what I’m doing. Anyway…wasn’t what I was expecting. As others said the staff come off a bit cold or seem like they want to be elsewhere. I had to ask for help, and it wasn’t much beyond showing me where stuff is. They have some cool stuff to look at, but I’ll be making future purchases online as the prices seem better and I’ve found Reddit more helpful when it comes to questions and answers.
They feel the need to markup every item in the store 10 dollars higher than every other hobby store on Long Island, and still cant afford to have decent chairs, tables, or A/C. Do not recommend for playing or buying, I'd imagine they only stay open by not having any nearby competition. Please spend your money elsewhere for your own sake.
This place was amazing! i came in hoping to spot some pokémon TCG singles, without very high hopes as i didn't see any pictures of pokémon products on google.
upon entering i was met with boxes upon boxes of singles! the owner was very nice and helpful, taking out new boxes for me and telling me how much he was willing to sell different singles for.
In the end i picked out two cards (got one at retail price and another 2 dollars under!!) but i wish that i had gotten some more!
This store was an absolute hidden gem and was better than most shops in NYC. Will absolutely come again if i'm in the area.

Went in looking to spend a couple hundred. The one guy that’s asked me if I needed help told me he couldn’t help me with the pokemon products even though they all have price stickers on them, he told me to wait for this other guy that had 3 people selling a bunch of cards to him so I waited and when it seemed like he was going to help me, he started buying more cards from someone else.
I just walked out. I’ll spend my money else where.

Great place to go n play tcgs any game really great staff very knowledgeable about all there products.Highly recommend them for games ,to Warhammer 40k to Mtg tcg they have it all.
For the card collectible junkies - this is the place. My son competes in the tournaments and has a great time. He is a newbie, and he is treated well and everyone if super friendly. Strongly recommend checking them out.
Great selection of DnD items and dice. Nice variety of Warhammer items. Paint and brushes. And I especially loved seeing my childhood games again.
