No answers. Neither per Email, Telephone or in place. The security woman said : I need to wait up to a year for an answer. It's been 6 months... Most mysteriously bad Gebäude I ever encountered.

You try to call 100 times then if you are lucky they pretend to not hear you at the phone, shutting the phone! In years this is the worse governmental institution ever dealt with! GOOD JOB!

I am grateful to them for handling my correspondence and requests with respect and in a timely manner.

How can you send children back to Gaza after 90 days! Where they could be injured again, it’s sick!

I made an appeal to SEM because of rejection my tourist VISA, it takes 6 months exactly, just to get the response which was another Rejection..many Emails, phone calls ..etc. never answer phone calls..very late to reply to 1 email only. .the rejection letter from SEM was in 7 pages !!! Full with Racism 😔 + they didn't refund 200 CHF I have paid as a fees for the appeal . (Very bad system and very racist)

They don’t answer the calls, I tried so many times to call them no answer ,they say always the line it’s busy try again later ,that’s not normal for someone that needs to know some answers.

Be careful about your documents . If you are already in Switzerland and want ask asylum in a federal asylum center with processing facilities, then don't keep any documents with you. The securities will search you whole body, even underwear. They take all documents from you. Even bus and train tickets also. If you're in Dublin procedure they will handover your documents to the responsible country but not your hand. Sometimes you will find some of your documents are missing example Identity card, useful papers for asylum. If complain against them for missing documents, they will not answer you. So be careful about your documents before entering in a asylum center in Switzerland.
