My stuff has been with them well over a month. Have the tracking number. Won't answer emails, calls, nothing. I've gotten 1 call 1 time from someone who didn't speak English and was ZERO help. My stuff is STILL there showing it's "on hold"

This Company has Very Poor Customer Service. ~~~DO NOT USE AT ALL !!!

I had a terrible experience at this freight Company. I contracted Global logistics on the 19th of October 2022 to help me ship a package to Nigeria, and the package was never delivered. The Staff are unprofessional and nonchalant. They dribbled me around for one year, before informing me that my package got missing in transit.
I had to sue the Company at Tarrant County Texas before they agreed to compensate me with $2,500 with a payment plan in court today the 8th of November 2023, which will elapse by February 2025. For goods worth over $16,500.
I would not recommend this freight Company to anyone. ITS A SCAM. BE WARNED !!!!!

Micheal will get the job done ✅ but when it comes to money he doesn’t smile at all😂. But he does an excellent job.
My Niyi just sits there and smile and said just talk to Micheal.

This people right here are bunch of liars ,fraudulent , unprofessional with customer, disrespectful set of people who won’t give you any update on your shipment, They promised my shipment will be delivered within 2weeks. Its been 6 weeks and my shipping haven’t been delivered making me miss out on millions of Naira in business deal. They claim US customs is holding the shipment.I am never coming back here for any shipping business.

Fraudulent place, egotistical people, I wish the cop, should come and pick up this guy. They are fraud, do not use this, dubious character company to send an expensive phone to Nigeria, they will steal it, and tell you to do your worst. All we want is our money. Do not use this company, I repeat.

The gentlemen were helpful and gave me shipment updates via text message. Price was pretty reasonable for air shipment considering my load. I look forward to doing more business with the gents at Global Logistics.

Terrible is an understatement, they would hang up on you, lie to you about your delivery, threaten and call the cops on you when you are trying to get an explanation as to how a 5-7 day delivery turns into 6+ weeks, will never give you a receipt, rude is an understatement. Do business with them at your own risk.
