New to Palmdale area and found this place to be very welcoming, friendly and super helpful for all my mailing and printing needs.

When I walked in (11:30am 08-24-2022), the place was empty. Lady was on phone on a personal phone call. Ignored me but she was glad to help others. After getting frustrated with the bad customer service and the waste of my time I left leaving her $30 to pay for the 3 steps I took. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

After going to MP early on a Monday morning to send a FedEx envelope, I later discovered the recipient was out of town so it needed to arrive at its destination later than originally planned. I called MP that afternoon to relay the dilemma and the male associate who answered the phone suggested delaying sending it out until later in the week. First he retrieved the item from the bin and told me he'd keep it on his desk until Thursday. When I called back Thursday to remind him and confirm about sending the envelope, he said it had already been shipped!
I was impressed and thrilled with his attentiveness and stellar customer service that helped put my mind at ease. Thank-you MP Associates for everything that you do to make life run smoother for those of us living in Palmdale.

Went to this place to mail out Christmas gifts and the service was awesome! The Manager assisted me with finding the right boxes to ship out my packages. He was very friendly, patient with me & my kids, & they also have reasonable prices! Will definitely recommend this place! AWESOME SERVICE!!

Awesome, friendly owner/manager. Made great conversation and very casual/friendly service. Allowed me to take box materials home and bring them back later. Free full-service packing and gave me packing suggestions to prevent damage to the items i was shipping.

I was there this am and Fred was working. He was such a huge help to me. He explained some shipping knowledge with me. I am very thankful for it. Will definitely be coming back. Get used to seeing me Fred :)

Does not provide a confirmation receipt for dropped off packages. Guy on counter has an attitude. while on line i have heard his rude tone towards an elderly woman, and when i was attended i got same treatment and he didn't like the fact i was asking for a dropped off receipt. Just drive a mile down street for actual fedex service.
