Pets at Home Balham

Been taking my dog here since it opened for grooming, but won’t be going back as they don’t take proper care of dogs in their care. The three most recent times I’ve taken my dog he has come back with a graze on his nose. I’m told (x3) that it’s my dogs fault because the “water bowl is too sharp” - the fact that it’s happened three times and they have bowls that could be that sharp (if one chooses to believe that’s what it was/ is) and they haven’t stopped it, is enough to make me believe that my dog is not safe in their care. The grooming itself is fine, and the staff and friendly enough.

Lovely staff, great selection of dog treats. I loved the Pic and mix biscuit selection especially.

So local, just wish there was more offers on more often but overall lovely staff & always find what I am looking for..
Grooming is spot on again as it can become expensive wish the grooming department had more offers.

Pets at home, nothing jere and battersea have been consistently unhelpful when buying fish. Today, as a teacher, I have been setting up my classroom all day and got there only to be told that there were only 2 people so they couldn't sell me any fish.... even though one of those people was literally fluffing up shelves!!! Sooooo disappointed as I jlhave been before. Don't ever go there

Very nice store and service, but the item I wanted was out of stock, so i had to buy a larger quantity.

Always found everyone at all Pets at Home branches to be very helpful and efficient. Today Teddie and Holly in the Balham branch went above and beyond to help, whilst multitasking and ensuring other customers were served. Very much appreciated 😊.
