Quaint spot for a walk alongside the credit river. Can also have a picnic at certain spots, watch for red ants though they’re really mean here.

Nice size. Shady areas. Wood chips are great! Nice water pump.

It's hard to believe you are in the city. A lovely park that has a dog area, and a ravine path. 🍁🍃🍂

A favourite spot to take my dog. It's large and great dog owners in the neighborhood but not enclosed if you have a runner.

An interesting trail to stroll through, but take note that it has recently not be maintained. Some trees have fallen on the trail. Still definitely a place to visit if you are looking for a nice little nature stroll in the middle of the east end of the city.

Nice unfenced offleash dog park, with enough room to use a ball thrower. Wood chips cover about half the area of the park. Dogs and people are all friendly.
There is a train track to the south, but a well-maintained fence prevents access. You can pass through the gate at the south-west corner to go into a small ravine (on-leash), which has a path that loops back around to the park.

Oh I love this little ravine. Just like those little British wild areas I grew up in, sandwiched between dense housing and the railway. It's still so glorious. Post-industrial nature in tiny miniature.
But they're about to put up a 3m concrete embankment wall...for necessary progress of course. For the very rail path that defined it.
Progress. Progress towards and progress away... C'est la vie éclarée
