I’ve had an incredible experience training at Roar! The personal trainers are truly brilliant, and I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt, who is outstanding. His expertise and attention to detail have made a huge difference in my fitness journey. I’m feeling fitter, stronger, and healthier with every session. Highly recommend Roar for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level

Doing the online sessions with Luke was such a wonderful experience. He was supportive and sensitive when it didn't seem to be going my way. Incredibly knowledgeable with genuine solutions that were specific to my needs and most importantly, just a really great guy which is what gets you through anything like this in the end.

My results were really impressive and have continued his advice and teachings post the 12 weeks. Will be revisiting IRL in due course. Absolute triumph. Super grateful.

I've had an incredible 12 weeks at Roar Fitness. My strength has increased, my weight has dropped, and my understanding of training and nutrition has grown immensely, all thanks to Marco and Matt. Marco is an amazing personal trainer who knows how to push me to get the best out of every session while sharing plenty of laughs along the way. Although I’m heading off to travel, I'll definitely be back at Roar Fitness next year!

The training and nutrition expertise at Roar is genuinely first class. Having signed up for a 12-week block with my trainer, Charlie, I’ve seen my strength increase, weight drop and overall training/nutrition knowledge increase ten-fold. Charlie is amazing as a PT - knows how to push me to get the best out of every session, and the overall experience has been so worthwhile in terms of an investment in my health, I’ve signed up for a further 8-week block. Thanks to the whole Roar team.

My experience at Roar was an easy 10/10. I trained with Jack who impressively managed to balance making sessions difficult but very enjoyable. I feel I benefited most from Jacks comprehensive explanations about different training techniques, approaches to body conditioning and nutritional advice . It allowed me to understand what, why and how I was training, which will stay with me. Jack also paid close attention to a past injury I had and addressed this from the beginning in my training plan, but also regularly throughout my programme, making tweaks where necessary. I look forward to extending and 100% recommend Roar to anybody at any stage of their fitness journey.

What a fantastic 12 weeks. Lots of sweat and pain but so so worth. My trainer Jack was absolutely fantastic throughout. Very knowledgeable and able to adapt the program throughout. Gets the best out of you in every session and you leave knowing you’ve worked hard every time. With Matt leading the way in nutrition sessions you learn exactly what healthy eating is all about with the end goals clearly defined. Brilliant staff at front of house who are always willing to help. Thanks everyone at Roar but especially Jack my fantastic trainer.

When it comes to training, Roar is the best. Jack is the best PT I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few. I actually think he might be the best personal trainer in the world? After doing my initial 12 weeks I wanted to continue training with him even though since starting I’ve qualified as a personal trainer myself. He’s that’s great. No bars.
