A very cute shopping mall, plenty of good shop. They have big m&s and Sainsbury's. Some Nice Restaurants, Bella Pasta, Frankie and Benny, Nandos, Costa and Many more. plenty of parking space. Easy access from motorway.
I visited expecting to find what I wanted in the usual shops, but most of them weren't there any more.
What I found was a limited number of shops with overpriced items that just didn't interest me.
The small stalls in the walkway used to be brilliant, again nothing to draw me to spend.
I was in & out in less than an hour & I doubt I'll be returning.

This is a really great club with an app that lets you easily select a range of classes from yoga to weight lifting. The classes use a lot of cool tech to keep things interesting, especially the WattBikes. The focus is very much on functional fitness rather than weight machines and body building, though they have that too. There is a very relaxing pool, steam room and sauna space for after the workout too.
The gym and staff are top class.
I trained with Oli Bird as my PT for many months and had a great experience. He put together a structured plan that challenged me and made me enjoy going to the gym. I’d still be working with him if I hadn’t moved, and would recommend him to anybody!

Hidden gem - large workout space, always spotless, relatively quiet most of the time, so you never need to wait for anything, and lovely showers
What you can expect from a good shopping centre. Good public facilities and well signposted. They could use more self storage for baggage. Overall I would give it a solid 4 stars...not 5 yet...

I recently visited Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre during my trip to Gillingham, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The shopping centre offers a wide variety of stores, ranging from popular high-street brands to smaller independent shops.
The layout of the shopping centre is well-organized, making it easy to navigate between the different stores. I appreciated the ample parking available, which made it convenient for me to reach the centre. The cleanliness of the common areas was satisfactory, and the overall ambiance was pleasant.

Attended a sen inflatable pool session here. Staff were so wonderful, accommodating, kind and lots of fun! Facilities are great, clean and tidy. A wonderful centre to visit.
A large golf complex well worth a visit. Played the 18 hole course. Some interesting holes . Played in a society price was good value for money. Highly recommend

I've been doing personal training here with Rob for over a year, and I still enjoy every visit. The facilities are comprehensive and well maintained, plus the staff are all friendly and approachable.
Doing PT is one of the best investments I've ever made into my health and general wellbeing. I'm fitter, stronger, and am constantly being challenged to keep on improving.

We held my Dad's wake at Hoebridge and couldn't fault the care and respect from the staff. Tommy and team were fantastic. The food was very good and they lovingly set my Dad's memory table up. The funeral finished earlier than expected and they made us feel so welcome. Recommend. Thanks for everything
I joined Third Space a year ago and have been training with Sam Austin throughout. I’d never had a PT before and I regret not doing it earlier. The gym is brilliant - well-equipped and never too busy. Sam is an excellent trainer - he’s knowledgeable, engaged and just a really nice guy. I’d strongly recommend both Sam and the gym.
Heed the comments, this place is a waste of money, you have been warned.. lows: dirty and smelly, I had to pinch my nose multiple times. It is pretty small and not very warm. The sauna is tiny, and there is no cleaning station. The staff is the worst though... When me and my friend got there, we asked if the crowd was good and he said it was so busy. When we went inside it was completely dead... then they have signs everywhere and expect you to read them. I did not put my phone in my box, I left it in my locker and when I asked for my key to my locker they told me I could only get it if I was leaving. And I asked them if I could get my phone to put in my box and they told me two bad, if I wanted my phone I had to leave and the guy just walked away. He was being rude to everyone that night, there were multiple guys who are arguing with him. He was a Latino guy wearing a manager shirt, and he was being rude to every single person who is in line. They also yell at you. If you are kissing in the pool and say no sexual contact. They charge £5 just for shower shoes and you cannot return them. They do not accept cash, only card. Anytime you ask questions and you disagree with them. They do not even try to help you, they just think I'm sorry and they walk away and go to the next customer because they don't even want to try. Like I said, you have been warned. It is definitely not a great sign up, I have been too many and this is by far the worst. Take your chances with grindr or just go to a bar and have a drink

Course is public but has a mix of challenging and easier holes - good test of golf for mid handicappers up. Would recommend to anyone wanting to ply with friends, afternoon tee slots are great value as well

First time visiting here. Good crazy golf section although very busy. I felt it could have been spread out a bit more but enjoyable.
Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre in Gillingham is a great spot for a shopping spree! With a diverse range of stores, from fashion to electronics, it offers something for everyone. The ample parking and convenient location make it easily accessible. The food options are decent, though a few more dining choices would be appreciated. Overall, a pleasant place to shop and spend time with family or friends.
Amazing gym lovely staff. The steam, sauna and hot tub was a fab bonus. You can use all the facilities upstairs too it was empty so we had full space to ourselves.

Have been training here for nearly two years with highly recommended PT Rob Clark who, besides being a great motivator, has helped me rehab through several injuries, one sustained falling off my bike. Rob is part of an excellent team who always make you feel very welcome in this super well-equipped gym, not least in classes when you are helped to go at your own pace while training alongside fitter and younger people. The gym generally has all the facilities you’d expect for the high-end price - great steam room and sauna for example - but it’s the friendly and helpful staff who really make the difference - people like Rob whose passion for their work shines through.
In desperate need of some more clothing shops and shoe shops. Has more than enough cafes and coffee shops now. Also Sainsburys need to bring back their changing rooms, I refuse to buy from there without trying on first as I don't have the time to keep bringing clothes back!
The free parking is great, and is a nice place to go for a coffee catch up with friends, especially Jamaica Blue for their lovely oat milk coffee and fab Vegan cakes!

I wish I liked this place but there are just a few things I really couldn’t get past. Having been to Flex, Babylon, Steamworks, and a sprinkling of others here and there; I can say with certainty I will never be back here.
The steam room wasn’t exactly steamy more like a humidifier in a sick room. As soon as you walk in the lighting is the first to catch you off guard. It’s pretty bright in there. Would of preferred a more ambient light to set the mood but it served a 40 watt yellow lightbulb depressed vibe. The mold is the worst part. It reeks of black mold. There are also grates that run down the center of the floor that move around and if you’re not careful your toe could be amputated.
The rest of the building was freezing. I went in summer and it was warmer outside than inside. The hot tub is in the middle of a huge room with TVs and people coming and going. Which isn’t exactly terrible just a weird vibe. The water in it was terrible, it was tepid and smelled strongly of chlorine. I smelled like bleach for 2 days after.

I've been a member at Third Space on/off for almost 4 years now and there simply is no better fitness club in London. Because of the amazing classes and facilities, a visit to the gym has become part of my daily life and since re-joining in December, I have seen significant improvement in my physical and mental health. The City location has particularly nice facilities and very friendly staff!
I was there at the weekend and I had a great time. All you can read in the reviews is unfortunately true, most of the staff are friendly, the place could be cleaner and some of their rules are off-putting, like no alcohol and having to leave your mobile phone at the reception... but I have to admit that the place is fun. They receive many visitors so if you are looking for 1-1 action you are sure to get it. No group fun going on but it was Ok. I would definitely go again. I actually did, I was there Saturday and Sunday for 25Pounds 👍🏼
I have been a member for the past two years and can confidently say City Athletic is simply the best gym in London. Clean, incredibly well-equipped and never crowded. Staff is great and always helpful

A group of three of us went (we aren't local, hadn't booked and had never been to Hoebridge before) and were really impressed with the golf driving range!
The bays had everything - places to perch for players not hitting, menus for the bar and a screen for the shot tracer tech.
The screens let you do all the stuff modern tracer tech does with full ball tracking, virtual courses, mini games and more.
The staff were more than helpful in showing us where to go and getting set up having never been before but if we're in the area again, won't hesitate in going back.

Really fun mini golf course for the kids with a great kids menu in the club. Perfect for a couple of hours in the good weather.
I was frightened by all the negative comments and for a long time did not dare to go and try it myself. Very pleasantly surprised. Definitely my favourite sauna in london now. Very nice staff, quite good towels. A slippery sauna floor is natural and, in some rooms, unavoidable. The staff fights selflessly with this, but in principle it cannot be eliminated with such a occupancy.

Enjoyed a fun time on the Pirate Golf today. A great place to have a family challenge game. Such a laugh.
I went at 10pm on a Saturday. I had a fantastic time. The manager, Simon, was friendly and helpful. The place was packed and I would estimate the average age of the crowd was 30. The facility I large and well laid out. I have been to many saunas around the world and SweatBox Soho is easily in the top 3 sauna experiences I’ve ever had. I hope to return soon.
Mine & my sons first visit today & we will definitely be back he had the best time & was none stop wish we knew about it before my sons 3 & not good with structure this suits us perfectly with me being able to support him & him use what he wants

After reading reviews I was comprehensive to go but I’m glad I went. Hot beautiful men everywhere, they provide lube and condoms; amenities are excellent and people aren’t pushy and are respectful if you want to be alone. Staff is great and helpful specially the manager? Someone cut their foot and he was there to help him with first kit. I was there 2 days in a row and I’m so happy I went. I was very sore but happy I went. Only bad thing towels aren’t really towels but you can always get a second one for 1 euro. Definitely going back there when I’m town.
this is what a gay sauna should look like! exactly like this! excellent atmosphere, clean and constantly cleaned and disinfected premises, quality steam cabin with a labyrinth, perfect showers with a great idea of mirrors, possibility to rent private cabins, sufficient number of cabins for free, spaces in the basement suggest exactly what one expects, necessary little things available everywhere - the rest is just a matter of what a person wants and what they feel like and in the mood for.
Just a few comments - there is no (or I could not find) a sauna; I would simplify the entry procedure, it is confusing for a new visitor - even if there is a monitor above the reception with a video of the sides of the procedure, one can overlook it and not know what is happening - for example, a simple picture at eye level at the reception.
I would recommend mandatory TFN ;-)

I was apprehensive about this place coz I thought they'd be gym equipment everywhere and as a plus size person gyms are always intimidating. Talking about plus size I thought this place would be discriminatory but the staff was friendly and nice and that already made me feel good. The check In system and lockers is confusing but the guy who helped me was kind and patient I wish I got his name.
They have a sign which says Every body is beautiful Every body is welcome. I loved that.

It's hit and miss to be honest. There is no options to only be a swimming member which is annoying. I don't want to use the gym there, I only want to use the pool but it's expensive so the only other option is a full price membership. I wish there was more options but there's nothing plus they've put up the swimming prices too! So I won't be going back now until there are more options and I have been a lot. Because it's shared changing rooms, sometimes you can get kids banging on the doors and trying to poke your feet under the stalls and it's kinda weird that it's unisex now to be honest. It's clean though. The pool temperature is good, the pool is very shallow but always has been. The lifeguards are polite and not on their phones, but they will allow kids to dive bomb. Overall, it's good sometimes and bad others. The pricing options are, well there are no options! Change that and I'll come back. Give us a swimming membership option please!!! I don't want to use that gym, I have my own.
Best gym in the area, equipment is second to non & there's an actual training atmosphere unlike the commercial gyms nearby.
Pool is now poor relation to the gym.

Pool air temp was cold the pool itself was cold the changing area floor had dirty foot prints and quite honestly needs a deep clean

Excellent golf resort, 3 courses Main is 18 holes par 72, really tough, very challenging, very good greens, farways, good tee's and if you are not on the fairway, rough is less forgiving. The other 2 courses are very good, Shey is a nine hole for a short round after work when Main course is very busy and Short course 18 holes par 3 is very good for improving your short game. Clubhouse, Proshop and driving range are on a high level and all staff are very friendly and high professional (I'm a foreigner here, member from 2 years and I was always treated very well and polite). I highly recommend this one!

Good gym overall. Steam room hasn’t been working for a month. The team is very slow at fixing issues. There’s a quite weak communication from the team about it — you’ll have to investigate all yourself while they’ll charge full price and fail to offer anything to compensate

A fantastic gym with immaculate equipment, great amenities and wonderful staff, particularly my account manager Will, introductory personal trainer Bart and the receptionist.
The smoothies at the cafe are amazing! The eucalyptus towels and padlockless lockers are all lovely touches that go the extra mile.
However after 7 months I’ve cancelled my membership;
- Dysfunctional air conditioning (it makes workouts incredibly uncomfortable)
- Short opening hours (closed on Sundays)
- Poor relative value (a PureGym for 1/6th of the cost can offer AC and 24/7 hours)
Advise to management; please sort out the AC, it’s a joke and incredibly disappointing from such a high-calibre gym, it’s particularly become an issue since February, I’ve flagged it to multiple staff on numerous occasions.

You’d think paying over £200 a month for a gym would allow you a great service and amenities… but nope. I’ve been a member there for not even a month and I cannot stress how disappointing the experience has been. Starting from the sales advisors being unreliable and changing their offers every week, telling you a fee then another, to have minimum or even zero customer service when you’d email for enquiring about payments/billings or any questions you’d have then. The classes and the trainers are great, although the morning ones all start before 8, it would be nice to have some at 8/8.30 too.

I joined 8 months ago and I've been loving the experience! The gym is very smart, and clean, and their classes are amazing - lots of options and brilliant instructors! I have to give a particular shout out to Francesco Calosci (Frank) who is welcoming and incredibly helpful - making my experience all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend joining
Equinox is a great gym. The equipment, staff and facilities are amazing. Super clean and almost feels like a spa. I love coming here.

I subscribed to Equinox Bishopsgate and attended the gym for a couple of days. I realised that it is overpriced, it doesn't offer enough classes and services and the opening hours are not convinient for my schedule. I cancelled my membership and it has been a month that i am waiting for the refund. I have to chase Equinox sales team to get my money back and it has not happened yet. Very disappointing experience and very low quality of service for the gym that positions itself as "exclusive". No regreats for having left this place.

I had a very bad experience with this place that really left me very disappointed.
while i was picking up my daughter as usual ,i used to park and pick her up hand to hand and no one never comment on that,Suddenly they start forcing one way car system without any heads up the week before.
they refused to bring her out,unless queueing with the car !!!!
I tried to explain that i have to pickup other sibling from Westhill at 6:30 with no understanding,they completely ignored me till last car, it took me 20 minutes to picking up my daughter that make me late for other commitments.
They would simply show some understanding and give me my daughter with a heads up for next time.
The worst that the week after i queued as they asked ,but a couple of parents was picking up their kids without any problems or comments!!!!! And when i complained about it as There's inconsistency and unprofessionalism ,one of the Management team start shouting at me in front of my daughter "IF YOU DON'T LIKE OUR CAR PARK ,DON'T COME AGAIN !!!!"
I was totally shocked and my daughter panicked,she refused to back ever again because of this behaviour ,that made us missed 3 sessions with no refund.
I sent an email with no reply , and they only contacted me when i cancelled the direct debit with no comments about the complaint !!! they are only keen for the money .
After been there they are definitely overrated and nothing special at all.

while i was picking up my daughter as usual ,i used to park and pick her up hand to hand and no one never comment on that,Suddenly they start forcing one way car system without any heads up the week before.
they refused to bring her out,unless queueing with the car !!!!
I tried to explain that i have to pickup other sibling from Westhill at 6:30 with no understanding,they completely ignored me till last car, it took me 20 minutes to picking up my daughter that make me late for other commitments.
They would simply show some understanding and give me my daughter with a heads up for next time.
The worst that the week after i queued as they asked ,but a couple of parents was picking up their kids without any problems or comments!!!!! And when i complained about it as There's inconsistency and unprofessionalism ,one of the Management team start shouting at me in front of my daughter "IF YOU DON'T LIKE OUR CAR PARK ,DON'T COME AGAIN !!!!"
I was totally shocked and my daughter panicked,she refused to back ever again because of this behaviour ,that made us missed 3 sessions with no refund.
I sent an email with no reply , and they only contacted me when i cancelled the direct debit with no comments about the complaint !!! they are only keen for the money .
After been there they are definitely overrated and nothing special at all.

This is a great gym for women to train at. The classes are inclusive, challenging and empowering. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive but you can also have your own space in the gym. If you want to progress your fitness in any way, this is the place for you. Great range of equipment to suit members needs and they listen to feedback about class timetables etc. Staff know their stuff, no gimmicks or false claims, just straight up guidance and support
Dropped in here on the weekend and had a great pairs WOD!! Booming the class was easy and the people were very welcoming...great box 💪🏼💪🏼
It's great and I would like to thank all of the staff that were working last time I was there! I'm epileptic and had an absence seizure when I was at the gym. The staff helped me out, got me a drink and sat down with me. They were all amazing! One even walked me back to my flat when I was well enough to head home. I had also organised a session with the personal trainer there the week beforehand and she couldn't have been more helpful. I had stopped my membership too for now as I wouldn't be back for a moment and they were all excellent on the reception before and after I had been ill and really considerate about it. I think the person who made sure I got home safe was one of the lifeguards. Thank you all for your help and I'll be back again! :)
Didn't go into the leisure centre, we visited the park and recreational grounds outside the leisure centre. This place is absolutely gorgeous, acres and acres of parkland , woodland and play areas at both ends. Great for a family day out or for dog walks. A brook runs alongside, a part of it where kids can paddle, or other areas where your dogs can go in to cool off. There are picnic tables here too and lots of park benches if you need to sit down and rest or just relax and enjoy the views. Families with kids could easily spend a good couple of hours here and not get bored cos there is plenty to keep them occupied. A definite five stars for this park, 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
We dropped in on our holidays from Australia. Everyone was super friendly, coach was fantastic and definitely worked up a sweat. Also recommend a great place for breakfast. Hopefully we’ll be back one day. Thanks guys
Nice modern facilities. The pool is warm and comfortable. Good sized changing cubicle system. Lockers take a returnable £1 coin or supermarket trolley token. The hair dryers are free to use.
I've been a member of all the major gyms in the Southside over the years but this is by far the best club. Great classes, instructors and members. Particularly good if you have kids and want to get them into Boxing or Muay Thai
Best gym I have ever been a member of. Amazing range of equipment from free weights, to machines, cardio equipment and my favourite is the functional fitness room. The classes are the best value for money. For Boxing and Thai boxing, this is the place to be. The coaching you receive is top class. All the coaches are experienced fighters and know first hand what they are talking about.
On top of the amazing classes and equipment is a sauna, steam room and hot tub. Your not just a member here….you are family!

Love this gym! So glad I joined love the friendly atmosphere. Staff are so helpful and personal trainers always on hand to help out with training programmes. Love the fact I can get a workout done whilst the kids have their taekwondo class. Thanks to all the team at Glasgow fitness for making a mum with two crazy kids feel welcome
The best gym I have come across! There is no looking back after you've been to Glasgow Fitness Gym! It is such a comfortable and clean environment with great equipment. You get more than just a standard gym as it offers your usual gym equipment as well as boxing, martial arts, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna AND a massage therapy room!
The gym is almost like a community as everyone is so friendly! Members I have come across in the gym have said they have been coming for years and it feels like a second home to them.

Friendly and well set up. A great place for young children to be introduced to gymnastics. We love going every week
3months into being a bfit member...athlete and build classes keep me motivated during the week and I look forward to them after work, time to switch off and work hard! One of my favourites is a Saturday morning class, brilliant atmosphere, a tough session and the best way to start your weekend. I am SO glad I joined Bfit 😊

Best powerlifting gym going. Plenty of racks plenty of space and staff are more than inviting! There's a tyre and sled for god's sake. Doesn't get any better than that !
My son was attending aberdeen gymnastics but during the lockdown time they have sent an email to inform us with the lockdown which was the case with other clubs that my kids were attending but in their mail they mentioned that you can continue paying to support us, unfortunately I didn't see the email at the time and when I did, I notified them that I am not willing to participate and need to refund the fees as I didn't receive a service in return and my son no longer wants to return, same practice that was followed with gyms, clubs....etc to my surprise they refused and said they can offer vouchers only, my son no longer wishes to return back, I feel disappointed and want to warn anyone of going through the same, my consent should have been a requirement for them to receive money during the months when they were closed.
The kids are super-excited to be back. Top marks for the instructors. The kids love it.

As a gym, it is somewhat spectacular. You get welcomed at personal level. Everyone is friendly. Food quality can be more tasty but it’s all healthy. Great vibe at the hangout area. Well done management. It’s a great start :)
Brilliant gym in the heart of Stourbridge with 4 floors of great equipment (with more coming soon). Staff are really knowledgeable and approachable which is always good. Changing facilities, showers etc are always nicely clean. Cant reccomend this highly enough.
Trained there for 2years, great vibe, great kit, huge space and reasonably priced. The owner Andy is professional, knowledgeable, approachable and has fostered a sense of community in his gym that many coaches would envy.
As a weightlifter I needed a place where I could do Olympic lifting and all the associated accessory exercises. RCFNI had everything I needed and the location is very accessible.
After moving, I realise I was spoiled with RCFNI facilities.

It has the friendly "local" feeling of somewhere like a leisure centre, but with all the expertise and equipment you might find at the gyms that charge extortionately. In fact, I would go further and say the credentials that are demonstrated by the staff at City Athletic are second to none.
Also, it's in an amazing location for me and I can never believe how quiet the gym is.

Brilliant gym. All the staff really friendly and welcoming. Never seems crowded - I've almost never had to wait for equipment during the four years I've been a member. Very well equipped with everything you need and very knowledgeable trainers who are happy to share their expertise. I run and ski mainly and the gym has absolutely everything I need to train strength for those activities.
Excellent coaching, friendly and great value. I attended at barbell session and took away plenty of tips to improve technique. Well worth getting into this box if your're on your travels or considering CrossFit/weight lifting.
Simply one word.... Awesome ..... Love the vibe , coaches know their stuff....everything here is perfect....

I've been using this gym since it opened and it's a very well run outfit. All of the trainers I've worked with are knowledgeable and engaging. The gym itself is never too busy, even at peak times. Good, well maintained facilities and a decent selection of training equipment.
Also sits below a Sweatshop (for training shoes), Perfect Balance clinic - both of which have been very useful at different times.

Great gym, friendly and helpful staff and a wide range of classes on offer. Boot camp classes are great fun and we'll worth the membership fee alone.

I tried cryotherapy and it was fantastic. the pool is in a private room and the jets turn off after 10 mins so you don't stay too long though I would suggest a shower and towels are provided.but recommend this for any injury.
Best gym I've been to in stourbridge and most in the area. Great clean facilities and has friendly and helpful staff. Martin is always happy to advise on training and diet depending on your goals. You won't get this level of service at any other gym

I've been training in bodybuilding and fitness for 17 years and City Athletic is by far the best gym I have ever trained in. The equipment is fantastic and well maintained and clean. The facilities are excellent and the towel service is a welcome bonus for me especially on my leg days.
The staff are amazing, really helpful, really friendly and they are always ask how you are. The atmosphere in there is absolutely jumping really positive and I have had the best workouts that I have ever had in there.
Finally I highly recommend the protein coffee there too!

This place is great fun, but when you need that extra heavy lift or that tough spin class this gym beats all. There's enough going on here that you'll never get bored. Fair play to the lads for the setup. Well impressed.
Superb local gym, with friendly knowledgable staff helping me to counter the negative effects of a sedentary office job lifestyle. They help to identify your goals and set out a realistic plan to achieve them. And best of all: no floor to wall length mirrors for people to stand and obsess over their own appearance!
I have just started training in B-Fit over the last few weeks, and am impressed with the set-up. The team are extremely knowledgeable and understanding of individual requirements; which makes for a really great environment.

Lots of experience training in various gyms around Belfast but definitely the best one I have tried- Paul and the rest of the guys are always available to help improve your training, no matter your goals.
Coaches are fantastic. They're extremely focused on technique and let everyone move at their own pace while still roaring you on. Community is fantastic as well, and there are classes morning noon and night so you're pretty much guaranteed a time that will suit.
Been a member here since it opened. Fantastic gym - for me it beats the rest in the vicinity, 2 of which I've been a member of in recent years. The staff and trainers are top notch, the gym and the changing rooms are clean and well maintained, and the other members are (usually) happy and polite which you often don't get in gyms.
I'd highly recommend City Athletic. Historically I've changed gyms for a fresh perspective every couple of years but this is the first I can safely say I'm going to stick with. Definitely give it a go if you're considering it.
