Unfortunately, I have shared all my information via WhatsApp contact they have and I never received any reply or appointment for lessons. Quite disappointing.
Gezakt voor me praktijk werdt toen boos en mijn rij instructeur ging toen schreeuwen tegen mij en zeggen dat ik moest ophoepelen. Geen aanrader!

Fijne rijlessen en zelfs tijdens uitval van een instructeur is er alles op alles gezet om mij verder te laten lessen om toch aan de uren te komen. Super blij met de service van de ANWB!

I don't understand why people are not happy with the communication with them because they use emails and sms and calls for the planned lesson and with your drive instructor you use WhatsApp just to inform when he is there.
My driving instructor is Guno. A very communicatieve person which tries to get the best out of you even with a slow learner like me. 😁
Noticing how his other students are enthusiasts makes me happier that I made the right choice!

Waar ik informeerde over de mogelijkheden voor de data van het halen van een BE rijbewijs en de prijzen kreeg ik erg korte onpersoonlijke antwoorden terug.
Ofwel jullie zitten zo volgeboekt dat jullie voorlopig geen nieuwe klanten nodig hebben. Ofwel de persoon achter WhatsApp vandaag heeft een cursus klantgerichtheid nodig.

De rijlessen zijn echt super, fijne instructeurs! De communicatie zou wel wat beter kunnen en ook het vooruit plannen is handiger waardoor je niet 2 weken achter elkaar niet kan rijden.
