We parked here this past weekend for the Railbird Festival, Saturday was great besides the onboxious group of people holding snakes right by the main entrance. They were blaring music and blocking the stairway from being used. Now Sunday…. We parked and went to use the elevator and there was BLOOD everywhere! I insisted we not get in because of diseases and went to walk down the stairs and there was BLOOD ON THE STAIRS TOO! This wasn’t even just a few drops, this was atleast a few pints of blood… (seriously concerned for the person whose blood it was.) either way it was really disgusting and unacceptable, and honestly, the garage attendant shouldn’t have to clean that up. HAZMAT or Lexington police need to step up their game. Especially considering there was 40k people in the area this past weekend, how does someone get that hurt either that many people around. We won’t ever park here again..

Rates changed without any notice. Used to be $3 for overnight parking but now they're charging the whole $12. I usually park here for work, but there's no way I'm paying $12 for parking. They're also blocking off street parking trying to force everyone into the garage. I'll walk a mile before I give them any more of my money.

This location is convenient when attending events at the Opera House. However be aware that there is no security at the garage when the event is over. Last night was the second time we had to "share" the elevator with a homeless person who was using the elevator to stay warm or sleep. Yes, we could have used the stairs, but for some of us that is not an option.

Simple and clean parking garage. Uses a coin token system instead of a ticket stub which h is interesting. Take your token with you when you leave your car, and as you re-enter the garage you can pay for your parking. Downtown parking is sparce so this is an excellent choice!

If there's someone at the token booth asking for cash up front, you're being scammed. They're charging you twice. When I confronted the man trying to take our money (I asked him why customers were being double charged), he got argumentative and started blaming us and told us to leave the garage. I highly doubt someone working for the city would behave in this manner, so clearly he's guilty of scamming and got upset about being caught.

Great parking spot and close to Rupp Arena! There is even a covered walkway so you do not have to go outside to enter the arena from the garage.

Conveniently located for Rupp Arena and many downtown events. Sells reserved parking places for UK basketball games and other nearby events, which is nice. The price can be high for those reserved spots, however. Overall, the price in general is a little high for the area and what you get. Often the phone scanners and automatic gates do not work, forcing users to wait for an attendant to show up and let you out.
