Well maintained Rooms

Very congested location and appartment is not clean as advertised. The provider also could not guide us to reach to location. Misguided us by giving wrong location. Lost money as we were late to find another place and even after paying for one day rent the host behaved rude and did not provide a receipt for payment. Overall very bad experience

Very quiet and Calm place to stay. If you are coming for work on Kochi do stay here, also Karikalan is an amazing caretaker. You want anything ask him.

We had a very pleasant 5 days stay here..the rooms are very well maintained with premium amenities at an affordable price..The hosts were very helpful.. Location wise as well it is very convenient as it is near Lulu Mall...the area is very peaceful and safe..

Lulu is in walkable distance.

Good stay only place. Neat, clean, comfortable and peaceful with all amenities including basic cooking items.

Food for local will have few option by walk. However for outsider it will be a bit of problem. Moreover there is malls and KFC at 1Km from the property for an option.

if you are manage to cook at premises or manage to have something from outside, Stay will be 💯% satisfactory.
