It's a wonderful facility. Open every day 9 - 5 except Christmas Day. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Clean toilets & showers for $3.00 Free WiFi.

Good facilities, from clean toilets to comfy seats. However only day trip info, for hiking you have to purchase from hiking services

Halls Gap is an essential hub for the Grampians the craft beer bar makes a great place to consider your next move.
Hikes and accommodation are greatly varied, and the vistas are well worth the effort.

Good place to start the day, clean bathrooms, a tap to fill water bottles and information on the area. The only negative is that there is little freely available information on which walks you can do, the starting point for the walks and the distance of each. You can buy a map eith this information for $3.5,or take a look at the large map on on the wall which lists the names of the walks then google the rest of the information. Reading through Google reviews tells you about all there is to learn from the $3.5 brochure.

We met Jason who was working the day we went in. He was lovely. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He sent us off with a smile and all the information we needed to have a fantastic time and see all the wonderful sites.... which we did. Thank you Jason for the help you gave us.
