Motorway services are so clean

Well, it's OK, but not vastly impressed.

The toilets were being cleaned when we got there, which is good. But the first tap I tried didn't work, then I had to try to wash my hands under a dribble of water from another tap. The hand dryers look high tech, but keep switching off after a few seconds, very annoying.

I was able to get a decaf soya latte from Starbucks, but would have to go over the bridge to get groceries from Waitrose, escalator one way, only steps the other, no lift. Very poor accessibility, not an option for me.

No access for wheelchair users to Waitrose, kfc, burger king and Starbucks. Waste of time stopping here
