UPDATE: There was a mis- communication. They have since accepted my daughter into the program and have been a God send. They have the kindest and most caring staff.

Some of the best people in the world that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, have been participants of Life Skills Wyoming. The care that is provided by the staff is beyond words and the participants are so well taken care of that it is easy to see why they are almost always smiling. Life Skills host many events throughout the community and they give their participants such hands on opportunities. The respect from both staff and participant, Is unmatched. The care that is so genuinely spread across their faces is contagious. You can't help but smile back. I am so thankful that Life Skills exist.

This company is very amazing they have been very helpful and they always have positive feedback and all the employees are so nice. If you have any questions they are always there to answer as well with having positive answers to any questions that are asked. They do such a nice job with helping everyone get what they need. Everyone is so supportive. They all feel like a family and they are all so close with one another and that’s why I think they are such an amazing company.

The care provided to participants is exceptional. I’ve visited other care providers in town and seen the care they provide vs. that of Life Skills staff, and I can testify that the care Life Skills provides is unmatched. The primary focus is passion and purpose and it’s evident in all that Life Skills does. The participants are provided with the tools and mediums needed to pursue their personal goals and develop their individual passions. EVERYONE at Life Skills is accepted for who they are and encouraged- not forced- to better themselves and develop their interpersonal skills. Participants are offered the coaching and staff to help them pursue career paths as well as those of a spiritual or personal direction. Not only are participants graced with the care and support needed to excel, but the staff is also provided with tools to better themselves and the care they deliver. I can say with confidence that the world is made a better place each day by those at Life Skills. So much LOVE, so much CARE, and an overwhelming theme of empathy and compassion. Life Skills makes magic a reality to those that they serve.

They are doing an amazing thing training people to teach the mentally handicapped on how to function in society. Which by the way is not an easy job to do coming from a family that had a mentally and physically handicapped member life was always a giant box of chocolates from second to second minute to minute hour to hour you never knew what you were going to get. They show their clients how to work and maintain jobs, take care of themselves and how to manage money so they can keep a roof over their heads and food in their bellies. This line of work doesn’t get the credit it deserves because clients can be emotionally, physically, abusive and the staff has to know how to talk them down from hurting others or themselves. This organization has figured it out without demonstrating physical force. I applaud all these great people for doing what they do!!!!!

Honestly I wish I could have left a better review for this company but my experiences just can’t allow it. It was very disorganized. From the very start they didn’t even tell me I got the job, they really didn’t train me, communication was a huge lack, they charged me 70 dollars to be cpr certified that they provided, and then didn’t even pay me for it. I recently had a death in my family and they thought I should have put work before serious family matters. Overall the company has a long way to go before they improve. Hopefully they do so.
