I had my tenth threading free (per their loyalty card) and they still asked for minimum tip. I don’t think that’s legal or fair.
They're good, but they force you to tip 20%. They have a line paper scribbled mandatory tip behind the register. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Is empty all the time, probably because they are forcing you to tip. It wasn't like that before, and the ladies were more friendly. Sad to have to look somewhere else to get service.
I enjoyed supporting this establishment, but they lost me as a customer. In the past, I paid for a customer who didn’t have money to pay and you would think they would remember their customers. I walked in and they didn’t recognize me (it’s been almost a year) and all pointed to another when I was specific with who I wanted. I said thank you and walked out.

Terrible job on my lashes. I went on a Tuesday and there was one lady only. Really choppy thick lashes with way too much glue uneven, down facing lashes. This is by far the worst lash job I’ve ever had done. Also felt entitled to more than a $3 tip which was generous after such a terrible job. See for yourself.
I’ve been going here for 8 years. They always do an excellent job. There’s rarely a wait. And it’s very affordable.
I've gone here for 5+ years and they do a great job. The technicians usually stay for a long time but if they move one, as two of my favorite ones did, the owner or manager threads my eyebrows just as well. (her technique is so smoothly it's almost painless. just a soft pinch instead of a sharp one.)
