I just love the American Outlet store!! I just wish they would have portable DVD players!!

This is for American outlet 118th street and 3rd. One of the workers who has been there for some time now. He is very rude. Bald man of color with molds on head and face. Very rude to customers. I will not ever go back here it's a shame this store has been there for quite some time now, and yet their workers are mostly Indian and Hispanic backgrounds. In an urban community yet treat everyone badly. Again, I will never come to this location. I'll go to another one. Someone should go to the hospitality class when talking or treating neighborhood people who spend money in this outlet.
This store was here before I was born. But lots of stores are closing and be careful how you treat customers. My advice is to get better employees. Mainly him aka (Mr. Molds on face, rudest man ever)
Products instore great, but for him, I will never shop there again. His demeanor is so cut cold and nasty I wouldn't spend my money there but go somewhere else. It's not worth the headache he gives.

Affordable prices but they charge an absurd $20 delivery per item for furniture! Usually furniture delivery is free especially with a high purchase cost. But you're expected to pay delivery plus installation.

The lady at the register was very nasty and rude just because I asked her for a receipt before I pay to make sure I wasn’t overcharged , she told me no to pay first so that I ask for a manager. The manager came and was also nasty and rude I’m guessing this is a regularly thing here . Let’s talk I never get any more money $100 . I’ll just stick to target .

Even though it says "slightly imperfect", Hanes men tank top has marker writing all on the bottom, like a prison number on it or telephone number.
