I don’t normally leave reviews but I Called in and the lady on the phone kept putting the phone down (I can hear it hitting the desk) each time I tried to speak to her about an issue. Might be the worst customer service I’ve received on the phone. If you need answers I doubt you’ll get it from them.

Rude doesn’t begin to describe the ladies phone manner. Get another job if you hate it so much. Should be fired. Unacceptable

Alexandria is undoubtedly the worst place. Alexandria city police just give out tickets to extort money from taxpayers for their “independent city”. The courthouse never answers the phone. The city, their government and their street patrol (police) are pathetic and useless…

Since when does the court suspend licences after i attempt to pay a fine within the necessary timeframe yet prevented from doing so, because someone from the court mispelled my name and i couldn't pull it up online nor did they tell me i had anything over the phone. I explained i was sent a notice to pay to prevent a suspension... still nothing. What else was i supposed to do? I did my part to pay in a timely manner and yet i get sent a suspension notice thereafter.

tried to call for some info so I don't have to take off of work....NO one ever picks up. I had to take off of work to get a receipt for a ticket I had already paid because somehow their system and DMV system is not integrated! Direct result of our tax dollars at work. Pathetic!

During the blizzard we had a year ago, the snow was massive. We reside on Raleigh ave in Foxchase. Keep in mind, the snow accumulated 27 inches of snow. Raleigh intersects Jordan street. Both of the streets were covered of which the county did nothing to remove the snow for a week! So coming off duke street turning on Jordan was a nightmare! Snow everywhere. Needless to say Raleigh was the worst. Cars were stuck in the road. The only possible place to park was Foxchase plaza. That parking lot was cleared. So 26 resident members parked there. and guess what, though the night, the tow truck company had a field day. Towed all cars. My girls car cost $250 and my truck was $350. Complained to the Foxchase apartment complex and they did nothing. Complained to the Alexandria county/state/dept that clears the road 3 times, and they did nothing. Spoke to the highest rank in that building and he said "Just don't drive". Like we can tell our jobs this excuse. Needless to say fox chase plaza was completely shoveled. but with respect to the city street the county could careless about us tax paying citizens. Worst city and business conduct EVER. I have been trying to get in touch with the general district courts clerks office for 2 weeks via phone because i lost my ticket & my ticket was not available online. Every time I called an automated message comes on to say they are busy at this time & call at another time. I had to pay my ticket by 4/12/17. I finally went up to the district courts in Alexandria on 4/7/17. They had my ticket but did not enter it. Mind you, I received my ticket on March 11th. I live in MD. It was a inconvenience that I had to come all the way to VA to pay when I could have did it online. Another thing, it's a total rip off. You have to pay a court cost even though you're not going to court. The court cost is 60 or 66$.
