Every year, residents enjoy watching the fireworks at the mall at the waterfront. It is very disappointing to put forth effort to come to the waterfront to enjoy the fireworks, picnics, etc. and you can’t see because the city has allowed trees and brush grow up. So many people packed up in disappointment.

Some guy name Frederick answered my call and couldn’t answer my questions and just kept talking me to death. I could barely understand the rambling so I asked for someone else and he hung up on me. Called a second time and got him again. He listened to my questions the second time. He was better but come on!
