I wish I could give zero stars. I submitted my application to have spots blocked off for a moving truck and received confirmation that it would be done. It was never taken care of, and when I called to ask, I was told my application had never been submitted and there was nothing that could be done to help me, creating even more stress to a moving experience in the city.
