However, the entire team at Anchor Homes made the process smooth and stress-free. Their dedication and efficiency were evident at every step. From Mike to Rich, and from the design team to the administrative staff, every individual went above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of our home and our needs were met I wholeheartedly recommend Anchor Homes to anyone without hesitation—it’s a truly trustworthy and outstanding company!

Anchor Homes is a very unreliable builder to purchase homes from. They promised all kinds of services before you sign the contract. And after or during the warranty period, they will take NO RESPONSIBILITY to what they had promised. As shown below, they don't build homes that are fully UP TO CODE. When confronted with this issue, they ignore it and brush it away. - the Water Main Line has NO sleeve (black pipe in the photo)

Contrary to the previous review provided, I must emphasize that Anchor Homes promptly addressed every service call throughout the warranty period. Rich, the construction lead, has consistently demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and responsiveness. The home we purchased was originally custom-built for a prior owner, thus we were not involved in its construction process. But having resided here for nearly a year, we are thoroughly satisfied with the home's construction quality. Like any new construction, we did encounter a few repairs, but Rich and his team diligently handled each service request without hesitation. At closing, Anchor Homes agreed to transfer the warranty of the house to us from the previous owner, reflecting their confidence in their work integrity. Consequently, all the repairs have been covered under the warranty, which hasn't cost us anything. Despite overseeing a significant workload of 20+ projects, Rich consistently impresses me with his swift response times to our inquiries. Our heartfelt appreciation extends to Rich, Mike, Danny, and the entire Anchor Homes team for their dedication to pursuing building quality and superior customer satisfaction.

Our family took the non conventional route and opted to do a tear down. Meeting with numerous builders and viewing endless model homes in the DMV area, we went with Anchor Homes for their craftsmanship and spacious floor plans. The team has exceeded our expectations on every level. We had limitations with an RPA but was able to overcome the challenges with the help of the builder. We appreciated their consistency, efficiency, and flexibility during the planning and building process. Like any major project, we had minor obstacles along the way and Anchor Homes ensured there was dialogue/options to reach a resolution. Having gone through the home building process, we would highly recommend Anchor Homes and would do it all over again with them with no reservation.

Anchor Homes did a superior job constructing my home. After much research among the numerous builders in the area, I couldn’t be happier selecting them as my home builder. From the beginning of the project in selecting a floor plan through the final selection of paint, they made the building process easy, efficient and stress free. Anchor did build my house from scratch. We have worked with them from design to the end. The best about Anchor are both design and the return of investment. For design - I really love their designs. They have many choices and I specifically love the modern style. About the ROI - the price is very reasonable for the quality and size you are getting.

As owner I have been 100% satisfied with AnchorHomes for each step of the construction procedure. AnchorHomes customization process is simple, flexible and easy to understand with their patient explanations. They did not always recommend the most expensive upgrades, and did a good job of understanding what our priorities were and adjusting to them. Danny is our project manger. he communicates with us the whole construction period even after moving in. He can answer my questions in time and use easy ways to help me understand my questions which make me so comfortable. Overall, highly recommend!
