When you're here, look up at the pillars above the train tracks. You'll see there are little cat flaps built into the station :)

Woolworths needs a deep clean, its filthy and dirty, to be honest I have been very tempted to contact the heath ddepartment.
The only positive that I would say most of the staff are nice.

Great train station. Kept very clean with ample seating and standing area, even at peak times you can always find a seat if needed. The tag in gates are also very convenient as there are no queues. Great station.

Nice,tidy station not too far from the mall and a mcdonalds as well as a few other shops, perfect location for it, benches r comfy at the bus stop outside i guess

A nice, clean and tidy train station. Part of the New Lynn transport hub. You will enter from the ground floor and descent to the lower level where the platforms are. The station have toilets but they are on the ground floor and before the entry gates. Plenty of benches and covered area to wait for the train.

Need more gates to train station from the main entrance. Sign boards should be displayed outside near bus waiting area on train timings. More digital display boards showing train timings with platform details should be placed over head of gates also on platforms where commuters can see from the escalator when going down. Automatic doors should be installed on the platform for enhanced safety of commuters.

Clean and generally fairly pleasant. It would be helpful if there was a system to get into the eastern end of the station without a HOP card, but I understand the need for the automatic doors.
