From check-in to checkout, excellent team of dedicated professionals. Went for an annual eye exam and was fascinating to learn more about the science of vision while the doctor reviewed photos of the back of my eyeballs. My benefits were also explained very well and though I was not in need of glasses I opted for lenses to increase my confidence with night driving. Went on a Monday and there was no wait. Best Eyecare Exam experience I’ve ever had.
Staff was nice but store/exam rooms need a deep clean. iPad at checkin all smudgy, glitter makeup was still on exam equipment from previous customer and dust all over equipment. Also the space needed a vacuum with paper shreds on the floor. Just not up to standard of the area.
My visit with Dr Voung said as great, she is very through, friendly and professional. Her office staff was also great, they took care of me and walked me through my insurance process in selecting a new pair of glasses. I highly recommend Eye Era Eyecare!!!
Went in today to pick up my glasses. The two gentleman there were very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m extremely picky about how I want my glasses to fit my face as I like them to be extra tight and snug. The gentleman behind the receptionist desk answered all my questions with a smile on his face with a very warm demeanor and the other gentleman kept adjusting my glasses until they were the perfect fit. I kept asking for little tweaks and he was happy to help me with all my annoying quirks. I plan on returning in the future and will be raving to all my friends and family about the outstanding service.
Max Jada and Dr Kamguia were wonderful! Jada did my post testing and was very proficient. Max was able to assist me with my insurance benefits and pick out frames and lenses that I would like. Dr Kamguia was very professional and explained what was going on with my eyes.
My experience with New Era was not good. I had my eyes examined and purchased progressives and readers. Both glasses were wrong and required rework. I've been wearing glasses for 25 years and getting replacements every 2-3 yrs and never had such a poor experience. I even went to the office where the owner spends most his time for a repeat exam. I found the staff disorganized, not focused on customer satisfaction and error prone.
After just a few months I visited MyEyecare and got a wonderful exam and two pair of glasses that were perfect on the first attempt.

Overall it was a superb experience, Max was the person helping me up front and from the eye exam through the selection of frames and lenses, it was the least high pressure sales and most professional experience in this area that I've ever experienced.
