"I can't praise this restaurant enough! Thanks to my brilliant girlfriend's suggestion, we braved a cold, rainy afternoon to cycle to Amano. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance without even having to mention a reservation. Two attentive waiters helped us remove our wet coats and led us to a cozy table by the large arched window. The interior walls were adorned with photos of Italian celebrities like Sofia Loren and Robert De Niro.
My girlfriend settled by the window, and I joined her to admire the restaurant's beautiful interior. Our waiter quickly rearranged the table to accommodate my new position and struck up a friendly conversation. Despite his partial Italian, he made us feel incredibly welcome and valued.
We started with a delicious house wine (unfortunately, we don't know the exact variety), accompanied by bread, garlic-infused olives, and lemon. For our main courses, we chose the Zuppa di Verdure and Carpaccio di Manzo con Rucola e Grana – both fresh, colorful, and absolutely delightful.
For our second course, we opted for Tagliolini con pollo marinato e funghi porcini (Tagliolini with marinated chicken and porcini mushrooms). The mushroom flavor was incredibly rich and satisfying, and I could have easily eaten another plate. We also enjoyed Spaghetti alla Norma (tomato sauce, basil, and ricotta), which was simply divine.
When it was time to pay, our gracious waiter insisted on treating us to shots of grappa and limoncello. The total bill came to 115 euros, every penny of which was well-spent.

Great location with a beautiful view of Berlin and the sunset 😍 Very tasty cocktails and a friendly bartender. Definitely recommend ☺️
Amano Bar is one of fantastic rooftop spots in Berlin! The view is amazing, offering a great panorama of the city, especially in the afternoon. The bartenders are super friendly. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit for a chill night out in Berlin!

Place with lot of pretty girls, but damn, I got sober from how much water there is in the cocktails.
I’ve been there one week ago with my friend. We’ve made a reservation for 2 at 19:00. They gave us good table, but at 20:05 they came to us saying: “Sorry, you need to go, this table is booked”. We were confused, but politely said that we have reservation as well and it’s only 1 hour that we are here. They asked us to change a table, we agreed. In 30 minutes waiter came back and said: “Sorry, can you move a bit please, this couple also have a reservation”. We were sitting on the SMALL table for 2, and they asked us to squeeze a bit, so they can sit together with us. We asked: “are you sure they want to share a table for 2 with us?” The answer was ridiculous: “They MUST to share it, we have no options”
The level of “service” is incredibly low, cocktails are watery, for this price you can find much better bars in the area. Only 1 point for the view, terrace is nice, but it doesn’t worth it.

Great bar with a bit of a night club vibe in the late evenings with a DJ getting the crowd on their feet. Great cocktails and friendly and attentive bartenders.
The only downside for me personally is that smoking is allowed inside so your clothes and hair will smell the next day. There is also a non-smoking lounge area for those more sensitive to smoke, however, the smoking section has a more festive vibe.
