Really enjoyed my meal here. The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was excellent, as were the curly fries.
Had the "magic mushrooms" and enjoyed them as well.
Definitely would go back!

I don’t often review burgers but have to write a review for Philliez Beverly Hills as it was so tasty. Will definitely try again the other range.

I live close to a Philliez so I stop there every now and then to pick up dinner. The food is good and I enjoy it but the staff and service is HORRIBLE. The wait for food is usually 30 minutes here, I try to call ahead so I don’t have to wait as long but the phone is NEVER answered. I don’t know why they even have one. When you come to the counter you most likely won’t be acknowledged except for some awkward eye contact from the staff in the kitchen. When they do finally acknowledge you the treatment is like you’ve intruded on a private party. If you choose to dine in you should expect the staff to slide the food across the table without a word or even eye contact.

Pretty average American style food served up here like fries, hot dogs, burgers and wings. Pricing is on the high side for what you get, but there's usually no queue and they're open very late if you're ever in need of aate night snack.

I asked for two Hattick burgers. One without lettuce and onion. I did not receive what I asked for.

I also ordered onion rings and jalapeño poppers.

The photo is of the order I received. I did not receive the jalapeño poppers either.

I will never go there again. I can't even eat the food I was given. The order was even confirmed correctly when I ordered it and spoke with the man.

We ordered a plain hot dog but we got a Mexican hot dog, the person didn't take down our order correctly.

The food was ok, not amazing. I enjoyed the mushroom only.

Would give it a 3.5 stars! The food was good and tasty and service was friendly. Our Philly steak was minced which tasted alright but not as pictured in the menu.

I would recommend them to provide more attention to making the place feel cleaner. The menus and tables feel a little sticky and high chairs needs a wipe down. Wouldn't really come here again unless we really wanted a burger.
