So I contacted HQ, 2 emails later and NO ONE has responded!! The verbal rubbish that you go on about that your company is blah blah blah....all lies. You are so unprofessional, lets say you are worth $2.25!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My letter submitted to both the individual store and to head office….
I have today been made aware by a family member that your Erina store has changed their toilets to ‘unisex’ only! I am shocked and disgusted that you have not considered the privacy, comfort, safety and cleanliness that all customers to your store should expect, especially women and children. Men are notorious for peeing over the toilet seat and rim, as well as the floor….FACT! Not all men do this, but most do. There are also those who would seek to do harm to women and children and would utilise this genderless system to exact their intentions. As a woman, I would feel VERY uncomfortable, embarrassed and self-conscious knowing a man is in the cubicle next door to me. I would have to be careful that my underwear doesn’t touch the floor when using the toilet, given that women don’t have a choice in how we toilet, unlike men who have the option to stand. I would have to take antiseptic wipes to wipe over the toilet seat, and I would be conscious that a male might decide to look over the top of the dividing wall between the cubicle if he was that way inclined. This is a terrible move and lack of privacy and is an oppressive move to force women and children to have to accept having their most intimate functions heard by the opposite sex.
I have only ever been subjected to a unisex toilet once before and it was a disgusting mess. There was urine, water and toilet paper strewn over the floor and there were droplets of urine over the seat that I had to sit on. It was DISGUSTING! I will never go to that business ever again as a result. Similarly, I will never use your restaurants again if you don’t provide ‘women’s only’ toilet/s for the privacy, comfort, dignity and safety of your female customers, as well as their children.
At the risk of sounding political, this is looking like a ‘woke’ move, to your detriment! What is it about ‘go woke, go broke’ that you corporate’s don’t seem to be comprehending? How many more businesses are prepared to go the same way as all those who have gone broke before them as a result of implementing leftist, woke policies, simply to appease the minorities at the expense of the majority…..who are your main source of income!

Omg this is twice in 3 weeks I’ve ordered at least $55 worth of food from my local store to be delivered and twice I’ve had to wait over 2.5 hours for my meal. I’ve rang the store twice tonight. The response was sorry lady we’ve been smashed tonight the second time I spoke to the same person and he apologised profusely for the delay but I m sorry this is not good enough. TWICE in 3 weeks this has happened last time I complained I got a pitiful $15 credit from a $50 order. I was stupid enough to give the store a second chance. But I’m done this is so not right. I work in retail and I know for customer service person to say oh sorry we’ve been smashed. Wow that’s not good enough. I’m not looking for free stuff or anything like that I’m looking for great service something the Orange store lacks in spades. Here it is 9.01 and still no meal wen I lodged my order around 6.40.
The KFC in Casino NSW,Ballina NSW,Grafton NSW,Tweed Heads NSW have staff standing around doing nothing while the floors, bathrooms, tables and windows and doors are in desperate need of cleaning. Unlike McDonald's outlets, where they have staff cleaning throughout the day, franchise owners of KFC don't care about hygiene,,any the food is very poor,,,nothing like it use to be. You pay a high price to eat at an establishment that is run by disgusting people.
Kfc Westfield Liverpool the manager was extremely rude would not give name had my order for over 40mins told me after such a long wait they were closed deeply disgraced with the abuse and lack of professionalism by the people who work behind the kfc name will be telling all friends and family how discusted and appuled i am to be treated in such a manner
4th order with KFC Shellharbour.. only recieved half the order. Tge mamager i talked to didnt care and just said " we are a very busy store"
Sort your computer picking system out so the spastics you employ cant miss half an order 4 times.
Their is a company in the Illawarra called flagstaff who employ people with soecial needs but they get their work right?... what excuse does KFC have when your social enployees cant get orders right?... it comes down to your computer picking system as your employees dont know how to read it...

Kfc Windsor Brisbane north side. Short delivered a burger in drive through order. We discovered the mistake at home sitting down for dinner. Phoned them multiple times with no pick up. Order bag had no reciept given.
