Spent $8 on a bean salad that smelt and tasted several days off. The meal was mainly cos lettuce and cold chips (which I did not order) I rang to provide feedback and the lady on the phone just said nothing. I spent over $60 on this meal for my family and they are sucking money while not providing decent food.
By far the best chips and salads in Menai. The schnitzels burgers, fish cocktails and chickens nuggets are great too. Love the muffins, they are always fresh. Don't waste your money anywhere else.

Regular customer here, i have been going to the place alot for many years and there is this one employee that always exceeds my expectations. His name is Lance and the service he provides is high quality and hes always very welcoming and a great person to chat too. Overall his dedication and service is much enjoyable and he brings my faith back into this place.

The guy serving at the front wasn’t very aware of how to simply answer a question when i nicely asked him what time is the chicken cooked, he then told me you are insulting me, i had to him explain about consumer protection act and how as an end consumer i should be aware of what i am being offered and i can ask whatever question i have with regards to the product i am using and paying for.

I love this place. I come after work and am met with amazing food and very friendly staff. All of the food is delicious but the pineapple fritters are the best I’ve tasted. 🤤
Friendly staff and the kebabs are fairly priced and are always hot, fresh and delicious with a very generous amount of meat on them. Highly recommended and if you like onion on your kebab, ask for it to be cooked - you'll thank me later.

Ordered a chicken burger without lettuce, got it home and it had lettuce on it. Please be mindful when people ask to remove a item off a burger because they could very well be allergic to said item.
Shew. Pepperoni was unrecognisable to what we ordered. Overloaded with yellow cheese and cardboard bases.

Haven't had a chance to try Metro Grill since it changed hands, and I was pleasantly surprised. We got family roast chook meal plus a couple of chicken tenders as a treat, and it fed 5 adults and 2 kids with loads to spare. The chicken was perfect, chips are outstanding, and the meal comes with old school gravy! I've died and gone back to 1997, fat chips and gravy is the best! The whole family agree that this has become our new regular.
Bump-in offers the best American style comfort food North of the river! The vibe rules with rock n roll tunes blasting and art on the walls.

Would normally give 5 stars as I have never had any complaints, however, I am currently very sick after suffering a severe case of food poisoning during the night that has knocked me for six from the nachos I ate from there last night. I admit the nachos were not as nice as usual, not hot or even warm and the cheese was barely melted but I ate them anyway. Staff were very busy and I suspect that they were pumping the orders out so fast that unfortunately food safety practices may have been compromised. Perhaps a refresher in this area is warranted.
I’ve been eating this pizza for around 8 years and back when I moved to the area I wasn’t a pizza eater due to the rubbish out there was was being passed off as pizza, however the pizza here was fantastic and it got me back on the train. Unfortunately as time has gone by, without me really noticing, the quality has really gone south and mistakes with orders are a more often than not problem. Today was the defining moment for us, and we are reverting to non-pizza eaters again.

This small burger joint is inspired by Rock genre. Tried Jack Sabbath Beef burger which was full of flavour and juicy. They do specials on Tue-Thurs which is bargain. Good food, Good music and nice atmosphere. Keep on Rocking fellas. \m/
Gotta say was underwhelmed for a first time visitor where it had been recommended. It was flat out busy but I had preordered and was still waiting 25 odd mins after alloted time. Even watched the order sitting in the warmer with no one sorting out orders food wise yeah burger average fish was whiting but taste left a lot to be desired and soggy chips. maybe just a bad night don't know and others obviously think different by the people who were there so just my 2 penneth work.
Not sure if you guys have undergone new management, been a customer for several years, however we Ordered burgers recently 4 with the lot and a chicken burger, all which were put together worse than Hungry Jacks, meat patty was still slightly pink in 4 of them with no sauce and I'm not sure how out if date your Mayo is because my chicken burger Mayo tasted like semen and left a very distinctive tangy after taste at the back of my throat deeming the burger inedible.
Disgusting, not sure if it's because of the new owners, but I had a roast pack, the roast was like boot leather, ridiculous amount of salt, to the point of the roast being uneditable, so much, potato bake was like soup, to much cream, but the chips were nice. I think the recommended star rating should be 2.

New owners??? Rude and not customer friendly at all, no smiles, not helpful and prices have gone thru the roof - i wont be buying from here again. I ordered 3 parma and chips and asked if i could have vegetables with one of the parmas instead of chips - no they couldn’t do that. I asked "you cant just swap the chips for some vegies please??" Was told no we can't do that!! Why not? Because this is our menu.

The chicken itself was lukewarm to cold, Overcooked, Dried out & the skin was bunt in colour to a dull brown to a charcol black.
The carry bag was very small.
My advice....take a $50 note and spend the extra $$ on a
Charcol Chicken.

My order was 2 large seafood marinara. What I got was 2 burnt thin based pizzas with tomato sauce a couple prawns. Couldn't taste their so called Marinara sauce. Stay away if your after quality pizzas. Go to Dominos at least you get what you pay for.

Like many of the reviews, since new people the food has been inconsistent. Generally ok. The most noticeable thing though is the general unhappy atmosphere in the place. The staff really look like they don’t want to be there. Customer service needs a lot of work.

Hadn’t had pizza for a while so decided on Greenwood Pizza.
Easy to order over the phone and pick up from the shop. Reasonable prices too.
Toppings were good (The Works and Garlic Prawn with extra prawns) but the bases were like cardboard and a little undercooked for me. Would not have surprised me if they were gluten free.
If Greenwood Pizza has changed their bases to these cardboard ones, I won’t be ordering from them again. Must be buying in ready made ones…. I hope not.

This a great little spot. Creative range of burger choice with some really good heat settings, including reaper sauce! Uniquely designed around music and industrial. Only minor downside on atmosphere was the odd grunge heavy metal. Othwise was great.
Has been coming to this place for years, used to be my favorite place to get chips from but ever since the change in management the quality has dropped by a lot and the food are really inconsistent. Sometimes its good while other time the chicken's burnt to a crisp and just taste like charcoal.
I don't typically like baked potatoes other then home made, partner didn't know this though and ordered for us both and i'm glad he did, this was amazing, i loooooved the addition to the corn chips, the spring onion was a perfect topping, everything was just perfect

Used to be our go to shop and old staff/owners were excelent. New staff really should stick to uber and taxis. Can't cook and rude. Chips and gravy with hardly any gravy and smaller portions. Another case of someone with more money than brains buying a business and then putting their own untrained staff in there who clearly don't care. When will they get the message? Ruined another great food service. Place needs a visit from the health department by the looks of other reviews. Probably just pull the race card anyway. 🙄 A few fake ones here from their own people by the looks too. Please sell back to the old people! YOU SUCK AT THIS!

It took a crazy amount of time to get served, the servings on the potatoes werent enough. And they mixed cold meat with hot potato.
Large portions, wasn't too much of a fan of their chips, they weren't too crunchy but the schnitzel burger and the battered fish were pretty good.
Ordered through Uber Eats, food was delivered in a timely manner but order was wrong. Didn't receive a regular chips and drink with one meal as ordered, they mixed up the dipping sauces and put them in the wrong box and then didn't label the burgers, they smothered the burger and wrap with chilli sauce which made it taste disgusting as all you could taste was the sauce, the chips were soggy and limp and tasted unsalted and the tenders were black. I understand the order was made at almost 9pm at night but there is no excuses for this sloppy food. Absolutely disgusting and would not recommend ordering from this location ever. Do yourself a favour and avoid.
It's one of the better in the area. But the Tuesday sister for Jack Sabbath has diminished the value of the burger overall. It's about the same as a quarter pounder now when it used to be reminiscent of a home cooked cheese burger.

Our go to local take away. They have an app that makes ordering easy. Wife loves the lamb AB. I usually get a burger.

Just moved back to Reynella and tried The Strand Chicken Shop. Great customer service and great food. They told me the fish was a bit small so they added more at no cost, that’s a stand out service in my book and shows the customer appreciation.
It's a good place for pide. We had spinach and feta pide. The portion size is good and filling.
We stumbled across this little chicken shop and thought we would give a try. The service was amazing and extremely friendly. We ordered a hot chicken. The chicken was okay, a little bland and like a chicken from your home oven in my opinion. The salads looked nice and fresh.
I have never been left so disappointed after takeaway ,I think they forgot to add flavour, sauce on the burger would be good to help cut through the dry chicken

Went tonight in a public holiday, and even under the pump the service was exceptional, I had ordered through an App which was a bit clunky but they didn’t complain and just got things sorted! Chicken was well seasoned with yummy stuffing. Chips were crispy and salty yumm! No disappointments!

The once outstanding quality hasn’t survived the change of management. Coffee quality has declined to OK. Biscuits served are stale. Way too much chocolate in the mocha. Fried fish is saturated in oil. They get orders wrong.

Food Mania is our go-to kebab shop. The kebabs and pides are delicious, you always get a huge serving of chips and the owners are lovely, especially to children!

Whenever I find myself in Adelaide visiting family 90% of the time we order here, high quality very consistent delicious food. Never had a bad feed. Great food is one thing but what keeps us coming back is the customer service! Always top notch thanks everyone, see you next week.
Came in after work for dinner. The fried chicken pieces, charcoal chicken and the chips were all freshly made and the service from the nice cashier girl was great (Asked what parts of the fried chicken I wanted when she didn't have to).

We ordered the Bondi burger meal, great portion size and chips were awesome. The chicken fillet was juicy and not overcooked with enough sauce. Excellent customer service and shout out to Luke who really is a good team member who suggested good options and deals.
I ordered a grilled chicken breast burger but got a chicken snitzel burger instead. I didn’t want snitzel i wanted what i paid for. Also the chips were dry and tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed for a long time. Time to find a better take away.

The chips and chicken strips were great, the only issue was I didn’t receive my Diet Coke and the burger had about a half a tub of mayo on it. Other then that it was really nice I just took all the mayo off and it was falling apart a little.

I usually love this place and I'm not bagging the food. I'm very angry at their customer service. I ordered a chips and gravy through uber eats and asked in the notes if I could get the gravy separate to the chips so they stay crispy. I arrived to collect my order when it was said it was ready and I get told we can't do that or it will be extra. (Not mentioning the fact that ordering through uber I'm already paying more) That's fine I have no problem with that I say to just do it on top. I then had to wait another 10 - 15 minutes because they hadn't even started making any of my order because of the dispute. 1) you could have at least made the other stuff so I didn't have to wait so long and 2) if you have a dispute with something I've requested, call me. Uber gives them your number. Not sure what was going on but I'm very unhappy.
Chips were ok, but the beef burger was not nice at all the beef burger could only have a few bites, was unable to eat anymore, actually made me feel sick don't know if it was the actual food or the quality but either way it was bad.
Chicken burger we also got wasn't much better.
Only positive is we will never be going back.

Hands down one of my favourite places to eat. The service is always great and the food is even better. I wish I lived closer so I could have it every weekend.

Great burgers using fresh ingredients and a perfect size so you leave feeling good not utterly destroyed! Fries are amazing too - salted with unicorn tears or something magical - yum! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Well done.
I first went here when I moved to the area and it was one of the worst places I’d be to. A friend recently mentioned that it had changed ownership and I have to say I have been very impressed ever since. The place is so much cleaner, fresher and reliable. It’s great to be given good customer service every time you walk in and extra care taken to ensure your order is right. The chips here are amazing and so are the staff. Very glad this place changed owners so that we now have a wonderful charcoal chicken place close to home.

Worst chicken ever so burned and dry, not sure why they think it ok to sell that. Only option was to drive back and change over and then come back to soggy chips, no thank you. Would to anywhere else but here
Had my first kebab yesterday from this place, Best kebab place in the south! Clean great value , good hard working people who try so hard to please you , be patient, as a busy place, but worth the wait . 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always have issues with this Oportos. Every time I order the pulled chicken bowl, it never has guac on it, even when I specifically clarify it’s meant to. Tonight the chicken was way over cooked, and this was their idea of chilli cheese chips?? A cheeseburger has more cheese than my chips rn. I’ve tried contacting otr but I never receive a reply… I guess it’s time to boycott.
Set meal menu items are generously sized, making them good value. Gravy is definitely watered down - hence striking off one star. Charcoal chicken, the main drawcard of the establishment, is good. Crispy skin outside, moist chicken meat cooked through.
So about 2 years ago, Me and my mother went to this kebab shop and they got our order all messed up. My mother questioned them and the man who was working at the cashier got extremely angry and started yelling at my mother, my mother was very polite the entire time. We then went to get something else to eat and we sat down. He then yelled at me to come over and said me and my mother were banned for life.
Never ever come to this shop ever. The hygiene is poor and did you know one of the machines caught fire and they had to evacuate the entire food court?. The order wait times are also horrible and long.

Greenwood Pizza has been there at least 25 years!? I've been getting pizza from there since I was 15! Picked up a large Rustica pizza with added garlic prawns and it was delicious. Always on time always hot always fresh - they run a very tight ship and their gourmet pizza range is yet to disappoint. Highly recommend. Keep up the fabulous work GP! The lady who served me was lovely and it seems to be a kind family business. We caught the beginning of a rush and wait was a little long but acceptable. Unfortunately from there the experience wasn't great. I had a falafel roll. The first bite had a long strand of hair pulling out from the wrap which was offputting . Putting that aside, the falafel wasn't great and the kebab was too mushy and had no texture. Good service but wouldn't go back due to poor quality.

Ordered chicken schnitzel and coleslaw roll & a greek salad.
The bread was stale and uneatable.
The schnitzel - cheap, processed and they couldn't even be bothered putting it in the roll before they wrapped it so I had a coleslaw roll with chicken outside the roll.
The Greek salad.
No olives. No feta. No dressing. I'm not sure they even know what a greek salad is.
The 3 small pieces of tomato were old, the lettuce was okay, butnitbwas hard to judge considering there was only half a handful of it the cucumber was in3 large chunks and 1 3rd of the salad was just onion.
Basically I paid $6 for a general salad. And $8 for a roll. Which ended up being thrown away.

Chicken was nicely cooked over charcoal, chips were excellent really well cooked. Service was friendly. -1 for styrofoam -1 for not knowing your own menu. Store is accessible although the door is a little narrow. No toilets. Will give you cutlery and tissues.
Amazing burgers and cheese sticks! They also sell American sodas from the U.S. seating area is a bit small but groups turnover fast so you don't have to wait long to sit. Really enjoyed the fresh ingredients and the burger was huge but not greesey. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back.
Friendly and great service. The shop is clean and vibrant. My wife and I had doner kebabs and it was packed with flavours. The ingredients were fresh. The fries were crunchy outside and soft inside and lightly coated with chicken salts. Highly recommended and value for money.
