Bergenline Avenue Station

It smells pretty bad down there. Wish they would clean it the station. The lightrails are always clean and quick to get you where you need to get.

Also clean and easy to get trian.

Very unprofessional staff.

I do not know if they will end up seeing this, however the amount of times I’ve seen these people intentionally shut the doors quickly infront of people’s face, and intentionally have people miss their stop because the conductors are in a rush?

What’s the rush???

An underground station that looks amazing, but the area above isn't. I hate this station more than i hate Summit & 19th station. It smells, theres rats in the night and if that wasnt enough the station is almost always overcrowded and if you stand still long enough hood trash act up and theres a fight. Get more cops sanitize your platforms. Horrible down in Union City, you shouldn't even be there unless you have to. At least you got an unpleasant connection to the 22X, 86, and 181.

Creepy men always loitering behind the station sign. Quite sad. It would make more sense to get a job then hang around here asking for money.

The station is sometimes clean but it smells of urine because it doesn't get cleaned often. There is never anyone down in the station to ask for help or information. There are three elevators but only one or two work at any point in time, sometimes none of them work and people are forced to get a shuttle to nearby Tonelle Avenue station or the train has to bypass the station because of the elevator issues. The elevators are so slow that during rush hour, you are forced to wait up to 10 minutes for a ride.

The THREE elevators are the only way to the station. But there’s always one that’s out of service. Wait time to get on an elevator can take up to 20 minutes and it’s always packed. Also the station needs to be cleaned more often.

Cool light rail station with AC, usually clean but long time since staff has cleaned up. Overall, nice. Buy tickets your tickets up on the Streets and take the elevator to go underground and catch whichever train you're going on.
