The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Very bad customer service.

Girls working on counter always mark high prices rather than mentioned. When we consult for price then then say different price but over the counter they charge high price and after that they argue alot. Owner need to take action regarding this otherwise there are lots of options.

Punjabi Bazar is in my neighbourhood and located within same premises where Woolies is. This is my favourite grocery store for rice and other subcontinental spices and mixes. I'm able to buy not only Indian stuff, Sri Lankan made rice and spices as well.

Never going there again, went there few times. one thing prices are on expensive side compared to others and they over charge, also with rounding they round up even with ETPOS instead of exact amount but in time of rounding down they charge exact amount, they also charge you extra if ETPOS is under 10 and there is no notice to say this I did know until got charged. Very poor customer service as well, even you at counter they pretend like they didn’t see you. You lost a customer.
