I must say a good shop to buy quite a lot of stuff for regular day kitchen but you have to be careful at check out,unfortunately prices didn't match,I was told $1.80 for a sparkles so I bought pack of 5 but when came.back to car and checked invoice I was charged $31 for 5 pack (10 units in a pack).which is usually $2.50 in coles /woolworths.
I visited store today, it’s all too over priced, I taught more stocks will be available, for new year sale , but most of stocks, was not there,what ever stock I asked , the girl replied , raising her eyebrows , we don’t have it. If I can’t find, we have to ask person who is in store, they guy who was stocking up, has good knowledge about products.

The food was stunning. Some of the best South Indian food I have had. The Dahi Puri was incredible, each mouthful was packed with flavour. The Paneer Masala Dosa was also delicious, perfectly crispy with great sides. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for the incredible lunch!

I've observed that products are often past their expiration date and prices are higher than at neighboring stores. Additionally, customer engagement and communication are areas that need improvement, particularly from the management (2 senior citizens), who appear to be disengaged. This detracts from the shopping experience and could be a point of focus for better customer satisfaction.
I stay in Mumbai, I contacted them and asked to deliver some Diwali stuff to my sister’s place as a surprise gift in Melbourne. Luckily store happily accepted my request.
They sell expired stuff and their sweets are not fresh.I would recommend others please don’t buy anything from them and Owner is so rude she doesn’t know how to deal with customers.

Awesome place to chill out. No judgments on customers and food were really good, just like home. When we ordered tea and it was missing sugar the server was not only apologetic but instantly bought some sugar packs for me. Really great Dosa and sprout Idly if you wanna visit an Original Chennai taste do give them a chance.
Hole in the wall southern indian place off plenty road. Ordered the Masala Dosa, and Chai tea. The dosa was flavourful, nicely cooked with the crispy edges. Chai tea was brewed hot (nearly burnt my mouth) but definitely tasty with all the spices. Worth a visit!

Lot of items indian groceries available here for good price. Go to temple and visit it, just near by Shiva Vishnu temple. Getting a rice bag is hard though.
Most of the items here are good, but however very overpriced Indian store, can easily save some money on grocery if you can shop around the same item in some other Indian grocery store.

I am ordering from this business not the first time. The staff is responsible, polite, professional and eager to help. Communication is timely and efficient, via email or SMS. If certain item is out of stock, I am notified via email, and money returned immediately to the account it's been paid from. The staff contacts me even if the item is of different brand to make sure that I am satisfied with the change. The delivery fast and efficient: within day or two maximum.

This is regarding the order number #000191859 and I'm dissapointed about your service. Today I received the order but nowonly I realized that you extra charged me for shipping cost $7.2. I have already paid extra shiping cost $22.75 as I wanted to get them delivered within 2-3 days as your initial mail mentioned it in that way. However, it took 8 days you to send them to me. It's no point of paying extra money for speed delivery as you take more than usual time for that. Why do you take orders when there is no available products in your stock which means your website is not updated or what? When there is no available stock you should mention it in the website as the product is "out of stock". Then when you have to refund the money u only refund me $7.75 instead of $14.95. Your reason for that is because of the discrepancy in shiping cost. That is not a valid reason as how you charge such extra shiping cost as I have already paid $22.75 extra shipping cost. This is hilarious, while you take more than usual time to ship the orders, you charge the customers extra shipping cost for speed delivery. How unfair is this? This is truly a consumer rights violation. When you take orders u mislead the customers and take orders but then u extra charge them for no reason. This ia really a disgusting customer service.😡

Last Sunday, on September 17th, 2023, we decided to dine at a bustling restaurant. Despite the busy atmosphere, the food was satisfactory. However, an unexpected challenge arose when I began choking on a piece of food. I had opted for tea as my beverage, which offered some relief. Yet, when I urgently requested a glass of water, the response surprised me. The server declined, insisting that I needed to make a payment first. Meanwhile, the queue for assistance stretched on for what felt like an endless 20 minutes.

This is the 1st time I visited the shop but I found the staff really rude and a don't care attitude for customers.
Avoid like the plague.. do not buy online. bought a bunch of stuff online, paid $10 for delivery. Then they called and informed me the frozen coconut was out of stock and I refused a substitute. Then they said two more items were out of stock and I was happy to pick a substitute for those. After a couple of hours I get an email about a bunch of stuff being out of stock, this was more than 70% of my order. So I rang them to cancel the entire order but no one picked up, i email them but only responded when the order was delivered. they refunded me the missing items, but I paid delivery for the whole order if I knew it was just a few packs I would have gone to the shops. Do not buy online from them.

One of the best grocery stores in the South East. The owner and staff are really friendly and helpful. We have got most of the stuff which we need all the time and at a very reasonable price.
It is an Indian store where you can get all varieties of grocery items at a good price.
I baught yesterday Agrahar chakka varatty. It expired 2 months before they are selling this kind of foods there.. I forgot to check it before buying. That’s my fault. When I come back home I noticed. Maybe they are greedy. That’s why selling this kind of expired items.. not going to visit again..

Ordered the charminar dosa, rava dosa, and Chennai masala chai. The dosas were crispy and delicious, the chutneys are clearly freshly home made, and the sambar is amazing. The chai was one of the best I've had - was so tempted to order a second one!
The owner/chef came over to ask how our food was, which as a dosa lover and fan of South Indian food more generally, turned into a lovely long conversation about food. When I mentioned I love rasam, but can't find it anywhere, he offered to make me some fresh on the spot, at no charge, despite it not being on the menu.
And that was amazingly delicious too. Can't wait to return.

A solid South Indian place. Seating can be annoying as their tables are set up for groups of 4 but when I went there I had to resort to takeaway as all the table were table by groups of two or less. Something to be aware of.
As for the food the chicken biryani was amazing but the chicken pieces in there were disappointing as I only got one really really tiny leg piece and another small breast piece. But I would still order this again given how tasty it was

As for the noodles that was just delicious and I wish I could have had it fresh and not in a takeaway container. The chicken fried rice was the low. Very poor service, I opened a packet of snacks, it felt a bit off at first in terms of the taste, when I checked the expiry date it was had already been expired 20 days ago! When I called the store to complain, owners were extremely rude and refused to even say sorry, giving attitude and claiming that they could not care less! Insanely rude, do not recommend to visit the store at all!

The owner is very friendly and kind man. The groceries are always fresh. We live in Berwick and we have a few shops closeby but we still choose to visit VSP groceries due to the above reasons. Great service!
Been buying Indian groceries from here for around 4 years and their brand products especially have been great value for money.
The shop is clean and the food packages are displayed neatly. The staff is friendly and quick to assist customers. They have a variety of Indian spices, frozen vegetables, Indian sweets, utensils such as Idli pot, pressure cooker available. They also try and make requested items available. It is one of the best shops in the area and I strongly suggest to visit it.
This store is very young yet is very expensive and chewing up high profit margins on goods. Other nearby stores are little bit generous on pricing and do offer points or discounts on purchases. Locals are going here and paying them more thats why we have inflation in the economy.
Also the owner should know that if they are selling expired or bad products this can be reported to consumer court according to Australian Laws. They cant blame the suppliers for this.

The staff member Cheating. When I buy 8 items he charged for 10 items. He put 5kg atta bag and roasted vantana 200 gm extra. First item and last item added extra. When I checked him he behaved like rude. CASHIERCD. INVOICE 2162. Date 24/10/2022. Time 20:05. When I asked about the owner he said the owner is in Singapore. If you want you can call to Singapore.
Would give zero starts if I could. Half of the things are expired here. They need an inspection and be reported. We bought peanut chikki which ended up having worms in it. Please beware of this store!!

One of the best Indian stores in the area. We found everything we were after. We were also pleasantly surprised to find Chitale Bakarvadi, Kalyan Bhel and Kalyan Misal Tarri with farsan, which is hard to find here. The owners are extremely friendly and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Definitely recommend this store for anyone looking to stock up on Indian grocery items.

Worst experience ever.. the flour pack was open but we didnt realise at shop as it was sealed using tape..half of flour was wasted on the way and rest was of no use as it was open. 2) Samrat farari chevdo was bought in first week of sept 2021 but when we opened we felt it was off..looking at expiry date, found it was expired on 23/2/2021..never going to this store again and won't advise anyone to go.
We are pleased to find this grocer selling a wide variety of sub-continent food and ingredients necessary to whip up delicious meals. All the products are neatly arranged despite the store being relatively small when compared to the amount of items in display. Parking within the Hunt Village Shopping Centre is plentiful so no stress going there to shop as well as to drop by other neighbouring shops and restaurants as well. Will be back to replenish our supply!

A superb Indian Restaurant with awesome taste, varieties at an affordable cost. Staffs are cordial and helpful. Service is really fast(Also depends on the day you are visiting the shop). A lot of varieties in Sweets. It’s very near to Lord Vishnu Temple.
