The Bedford Nashville Event Venue

What a fantastic space! I can't say enough about the team here, so easy to work with, so attentive to our needs and timely on communication. Jillian was a joy to work with and have on-site for they day of our event. She went out of her way to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. The next time I need a venue in Nashville, there is no question where I will be going!

Great customer service! We worked with Jillian primarily. She is a wonderful person inside and out. Jill helped us every way possible to make my sure my wedding felt so beautiful. She kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. The location is absolutely stunning and I fell in love at first sight. Thank you so much and I would recommend this location for any event.

We recently hosted our parents’ 50th anniversary party at The Bedford, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. One thing we cared quite a bit about was having a unique venue that would allow us to decorate it with a personal touch, and The Bedford offered just that. We enjoyed being able to use both the downstairs area and the balcony for some great pictures. Though we didn’t get to ultimately use the outdoor area (too hot that evening), the seating and the fairy lights provided a great look. None of our vendors had any issues with the space, it was super easy to load in and out.

We also really enjoyed working with our coordinator, Jillian, who was super responsive throughout and had great suggestions around every detail of our event. She helped make the process of planning this event from out of town as seamless as possible. We’d definitely recommend The Bedford for all types of events.

I have hosted my corporate event (Arts Immersion) at the Bedford for two consecutive years, attended by 250+ guests. The space is STUNNING! The exposed brick adds so much dimension and character and the event space, itself, lends itself to so many different themes. The event manager, Megan, and all of her team are such a pleasure to work with. The Bedford also rents chairs and tables in-house, which was a huge help considering the added cost and headache of having tables and chairs transported to and from the venue. Another huge plus is the parking and its central location. The venue is not far from downtown while also situated close enough to the highway where guests can quickly hop on and commute home. And there is plenty of parking, which is such a rarity. This space is both beautiful and practical - I highly recommend it!

Such a GREAT place to have our wedding reception! It felt like we had traveled to another country. We had room for 250 seated guests, bar, photo booth, dancefloor, lounging, first dance and speeches and nothing overlapped! the Balcony allowed our guests to interact with all the big moments and the dance floor was tucked away enough to allow our family to visit. the staff was very responsive during planning stages and day of! We loved our time here!

I love the Bedford. It is truly one of my favorite venues in Nashville. It is a large facility which is perfect for bigger events and you are able to stage intimate settings for smaller gatherings also. Great parking (FREE) Very professional staff that does not leave one thing to chance. Great location and really a 5 Star spot. I have referred several clients here. I love the Bedford and cannot wait to hold my next event here SOON.

AMAZING space! We used the venue for a corporate event and it was amazing! Dinner, dancing, and a casino...everything was perfect! Working with Pam and Claire ensured every detail was seamless. They were right there onsite the evening of the event to take care of whatever request we had...temperature control, turn lights down, turn lights up, even a bandaid for an unfortunate oops at the bar...whatever I needed! Highly recommend The Bedford Nashville for your next gathering...large or small!
