Paid Fairly For Property Damage

My experience with them was easy. We hardly had to do anything but let them in the house take measurements. Then they came back with money the insurance company didn't want to issue. I am so glad they stepped in.

We had damage to our roof 8/7/2023. Our insurance refused to pay for having our roof replaced, only a minimal payment for some damages but the entire roof needed replaced. We went through a few inspections and appraisals but still kept getting denied. Finally our roofing contractor brought in Billie Walker. He was a godsend! After 7 months of waiting and fighting with our insurance, Billie got us the money we needed to finally get our roof replaced and even more money than we expected!! We are so grateful for his help and expertise. Don’t know what we would have done without Billie’s help! Would HIGHLY recommend if you need a professional, experienced insurance claims adjuster. He’s the best!!! Thank you so much for your help Billie!!!

My only previous experience going to appraisal was terrible. The appraiser basically just took the money and did nothing to help. My experience with Billie couldn't have been any better. He kept us informed the entire time and worked quickly to get the insured what they were owed. Not only did we get the full roof replaced, but Billie's estimate was more than double the estimate I had sent to the insurance company. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional and Dishonest Working with Billie Walker was a complete disaster. He was unresponsive, failed to secure any funds, and caused chaos in my insurance claim process. I ended up staying out of my home for an additional year, and he took a hefty 25% fee for doing nothing. Billie is dishonest, disrespectful, and heartless. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear and avoid the trouble. It's just a bad idea in general.
