The girl working on the morning of the 28th of October was so combatative. The day before I had a browse of the store and stumbled across a great deal on a tumbler in what looked to be the clearance section. When I went to pay, the POS hadn't been updated but I told the assistant the price on the shelf and she went to have a look and honored the price. The next day, I thought I'd get one for a family member and when i went up to pay, this girl working the Saturday just felt the need to argue constantly that it wasn't put in the right spot and that because it wasn't in the right spot, the price wasn't right despite the description and product code being noted on the price tag. To make this worse, she had her Airpods in her ears. The store music was quite loud so it was most likely a personal call.

WOW! Impressive customer service from Vanessa. As a frequent shopper to Miniso stores, and into skincare, I thank Vanessa for making my day more pleasant. Definitely coming back to spend another $120+

I was accosted by the two male staff who acted out in a discriminatory manner. This resulted in me leaving the store whilst they shouted out at me as I walked out. Is this what you call customer service these days? I recall working in retail several years ago whereby I was trained to treat all customers with utmost respect. Won't be shopping here ever again or recommending this store to family/friends! This doesn't even deserve a single star. Absolutely abhorrent behaviour.
