We stayed in the Mahi-Mahi. Very nice place, first thing first. Loved all of the extra accommodations, near the beach, and can walk/ bike/ golf cart everywhere. Secondly, Dan and Goose (on-site support were pleasant to interact with and super helpful/ accommodating). The place is clean, well taken care of and right near the ocean. Can’t beat that… loved the stay.
Our issue was the actual booking process. They charged us 300 more than what was agreed upon in our initial statement when we booked. When you make a booking, they DO NOT send you a receipt. They also will not respond to emails/ requests until you arrive and bill you fully before you arrive. After we attempted to talk to the booking side of the department, we still ended up paying 300 more than what we thought and were pleasantly told that we were just wrong (told it was in season versus out of season in January) and did not have any documentation to prove otherwise because it was not provided.
So… if you like the place go ahead and stay, but TAKE A SCREEN SHOT OF THE PAYMENT before booking, because you will not get documentation until it is too late.

Perfect location have everything in there
just got back from our family's 3rd trip staying at this property (in #3) and as usual, it just doesn't have any weak points that I could share. We LOVE the pool area!! very spacious.
Having the grill as option to cook outdoors - great!

A 5 - 6 minute walk to the beach with a glass of wine to watch sunset was wonderful each time we did it!!

Outstanding stay in the Mahi Mahi! The location was perfect to Bean Point and the entire island. The option of the golf cart and recreational equipment made this short trip even more enjoyable. The pool was sensational and the grounds of the property were very well kept. We loved our room! Everything was beyond expectation!
Quite. Clean. Private pool. What else do you need? Fantastic!
So far, so great! The cottage is cozy and well-stocked, the pool is super nice, and the owner is very responsive. Our family is loving this trip!
Superb setup if you have all 3 cottages.
