We have lived in Stonebridge By The Bay since February 2013. From the day we stepped into the sales centre, we fell in love with the community....and I really mean community. If one wants privacy and no involvement, it is a quiet, safe neighbourhood. But if you want friends and activity, this is the place to be. Although homes here continue to increase in value....it doesn't matter to us. We love our home and the community....and have decided now this is our "forever home". Bonus is walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, banks, dentist, as well as our community pool and our beach clubhouse.
