Buffalo Wild Wings

I waited for 15 minutes to be seated and I waited and extra 25 and still no server this place is not manage well you need to train store manager and your management team. I actually feel sorry for the owner because he is losing money but maybe he doesn’t care. You need to hire a new team if this one is not working out.

I really didn't want to leave a negative review considering that I know they are relatively short staffed but the experience was terrible. I sat at the bar & the bartender was obviously not in a great mood/overwhelmed, thats understandable since she's doing multiple things but you're in hospitality so being rude or dismissive is not the way to go. She barely spoke, she had a bad attitude and she seemed like she didn't want to be there. I tried numerous times to be kind, saying thank you when I could and being polite to smooth things over but she didn't budge. Again, I understand they are short staffed but goodness it didn't feel like anyone tried. Additionally, they are not accepting substitutions so if you wanted onion rings instead of fries you would be told a very stark "no" which doesn't make sense because why can't I just pay the upcharge like I usually do? Overall, the experience was terrible and I won't be back. Also the power went out while we were there so overall I would never go back ever again.

Got there and had to wait which is totally fine cuz it was game night and they were busy when we arrived. Tons of people had cleared out by the time we sat. It took almost 30 min for our app to come out, then my meal came out before my boyfriends, tots cold and chicken lukewarm, and after 15 min when the waitress was finally in our section again we asked about his meal, had to wait another 10 for his to come out. We also had to go up to the bar to order more drinks, and bus our own table of empty food/drink glasses, because our waitress was handling to go orders at the front. They were severely understaffed for it being a night when the commanders were playing. Terrible experience and definitely not visiting this location again. Couldn’t even tell if there was a manager at the location, that person should have been out on the floor helping. As we were leaving we noticed the whole front section was empty. Not sure why they couldn’t handle the tables in the area we were in. Waitress was apologetic but most of the issues weren’t her fault.

Really enjoyed the food, but the server, a black girl with red dyed hair, gave really bad service. We had to ask another server to call her over to get our order taken quite a while after we were seated. After that, our drinks came out way way after the food, and one person was completely missing her food. It took another 20-30 minutes for the server to get her the food, since she was making a fuss about what we ordered instead of just getting the food first. My friend got her food an hour after we arrived, and basically when we were about to leave. She never seemed apologetic for any of it, and had a super apathetic tone and expression. I would not have even had a problem with any of it if she had even apologized once, but she didnt seem to care at all. The restaurant wasn't even busy, and there were only about 10 tables worth of people, and thats including the bar. The other staff were very helpful, but this server just wasn't

Another great review and this time is at Buffalo wild wings in College Park doing a visit today was a bit busy, but we got a great service by Harry manager himself … Harry was great with excellent attitude, very friendly… Managed like him we need more…

I ordered the boneless wings in Thai curry and Parmesan garlic. The quality control on this order is so bad because there is barely any sauce in the wings. It’s such a tardy cooking. Usually you get them smothered in sauces.

Also the other day I had the burger with onion rings which made me throw up later because it was too greasy. I couldn’t even finish the whole thing.

This location is not good.

This was the worst chicken and food I have ever had in life. The chicken was over cooked not well done. Possibly old in-terms of being cooked and reheated. The food tasted like someone doesn’t care about what they make. Clearly no quality control. We ordered wings, fries and a chicken sandwich. The fries were old and over cooked. I literally almost chipped a tooth. The sandwich was sloppily put together. One of the fry orders was significantly smaller than the other. Which is confusing because we ordered two of the same size. I asked for my wings to be cooked hard not over cooked to the point of some being inedible. I also order half lemon pepper and half plain. They gave a sprinkle of lemon pepper and then didn’t separate the plain. I had to put extra seasonings on. The chicken sandwich was soggy. I will not be ordering again. I’m not sure if this was because this was an Ubereats order or not. I have gotten a to go order before and had a slightly better experience. But this was the last straw I will not be ordering from this location. I highly do not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would!
