Friendly staff and it’s near my house so it really accessible.. they offer promotional items too! Nice to check it out if you are in Al Jaddaf vicinity.
Very bad experience, I have mistakenly placed an order via Deliveroo due technical error in my mobile, immediately I SENT A MESSAGE to cancel my order, however the replied to me the order is being prepared and is not possible to cancel. Unreasonable. You should refund my money as I did not get those items and where I will use it.
Telling lies to customers to generate Cash Sales.. Falsely telling customers that medicines are not covered in insurance without even applying for insurance.. I called my insurance provider to check, and they confirmed the medication was never applied for..

i went to docib pharmacy al jaddaf, under Valleta building. The pharmacist was rude. I asked two times and was looking for some first aid items, but he ignored me and just replied “hah” without coming to help me. he was just there behind the counter counting cash. U should find another pharmacist.
