I visited the Starbucks store at Shopping Cidade São Paulo on 19/7/21. I ordered a drink from the cashier named Jaquelin, and the service she offered was terrible and appalling. After making the payment, she asked for my name and, upon telling her, she laughed out loud together with her co-worker. My name is Sea, but she wrote my name as Si and laughed at my name. Even when the barista was preparing my drink, she kept mentioning Si and kept laughing. Is this type of treatment acceptable? I am so ashamed of this act as there were many other customers around. Just because I don't speak Portuguese well and I did my best to communicate with her. It was the first time I received such disrespectful service at a Starbucks store. I am a paying customer and I was polite to the staff when I placed my order. Can you help me file a complaint against this employee? As I sent an email through the official Starbucks channel but there was no response.

Good location, coffee good as always but food options are very limited, specially if you are a vegetarian. In London they have jackfruit wrap, here no veggie sandwich or wrap. 3 options of croissant but all 3 filled with meat. I had a multigrain cheesebread (the only savory snack option besides a slice of toast) and it was below average, probably heated in the microwave...

Crowded, obviously because of its good location right in front of MASP, fast attention and variety of coffee deserts and all what Starbucks offers

Why do u need even my passport númber for wi-fi aND u just give me 90mins. Come on be serious!!!!!!! You are Starbucks. Dont ve stingy

Need to be open 24 hours, i think it will be profitable and fare for those who want cofee ate 2am!
