The museum is really cool.
You find paintings from the 15th to the 21st century. And the artists are very different too. Some of them are really famous.
On the 3rd floor is some photography.
So there is something for everyone.
The museumsshop is really modern. You find many books and some paintings too.
The entry cost 10€ and reduced 5€.

A magnificent exhibition featuring works from both the 19th century and contemporary authors who lived in Leipzig
Wonderful Art Gallery, definitely colossal! Three floors of art from different european art epochs up to xx-xxi century, plus a bonus level in the basement floor describing more of the Leipzig and east Germany newest history and role of different people and their lives in it.

cool place! I wish I could stay longer. But see lots of really nice things was also nice for the soul.
the elevator is quite high and it gives a really nice atmosphere. If you visit Leipzig and love art, just have a look.

Great collection of Max Beckmann. Great collection of local artists, especially during GDR era.
The Museum der Bildenden Künste Leipzig is truly impressive, offering a captivating experience with its rich collection, stunning architectural design, and delightful souvenir shop. It is undoubtedly a must-see destination in Leipzig for art enthusiasts and visitors alike!
A very nice experience visiting this huge museum. It take me 2.5 hours to see everything they offerd . The prices are very low and we'll deserve it. I recommend to everyone to take a look
